just readin a book called unexplained kent with this story.. so i came here to try find actual video.. well what dya know. its awesome

A pilgrim ? If the footage shown is the actual, original film, then the figure shown appears to be wearing a powdered wig. Something more to do with the 1700's.

Just off the A2 between Meopham and Shorne - Meopham side.
It's not a ghost, you can clearly see it's part of sky between the trees which gives an impression of a face.
The head is nowhere near the sky.
