Thank you, thank you! So sick of my inductrix leaving over 4.0V on the battery at the end of a flight. This is easy and and it works. Got back to 3 minutes with 3.86V left. Amazing.
I'm glad somebody made a video about this I did this mod two or three months ago and I wouldn't have it any other way! I actually was able to bridge a small piece of wire and solder that, but your message looks way easier mine came on done like 2 times before I have had it mastered! you're the man.
oh and i cannot thank you enough for showing me this, you have made my whoop 100 times better than it was before. and now i can solder on the lil plug again and use all these smaller connector batteries that are sitting around gathering dust. im gonna just sacrifice one and see how long i can keep the motors going lol. Thank you again man. This was a game changer seriously and this should be the first thing anyone does when getting an inductrix drone...
DUDE!!!! Bought this inductrix for my little brother and totally stooped it. 25700kv motors, 3 blades props and a 50mw vtx with a 2db dipole and this thing was pretty, the lvc would always kick in 5 seconds into flight... so I saw your vid and tried this, I actually accidentally desoddered those 2 resistors and the other two right next to them, I bridged them and now I actually fly and fly continuously, so far I’ve hit 4:26!!!!!!!! Which for me is crazy time and I greatly appreciate it, also if you read this whole comment I appreciate it even more. Thank you
Did the blob solder. I thought I toasted the board because it got too hot and I got resin on other components. Nope! Amazed it works. Thanks for the vid.
The LVC is measuring the battery voltage under load conditions, you are testing static voltage with that meter. To get an accurate reading of when the LVC is cutting power to your quad you would need to test the in line voltage of the battery. Lipo packs should not be discharged below 3v depending on the amp draw an cell resting at 3.8v can dip below 3v when being loaded.
Super handy mod! I bought a new inductrix because I was always having batteries stop at 4.05v and this made my old one work like new again! Seriously u rock
I always find my self coming back and finding your videos so useful I watch them and all ways find my self having to come back for sweet tricks like this you the best
Thanks! I have three inductrix based whoops. I have old eyes and big meat claw hands so I was worried about the soldering, but figured if I screwed it up I'd get another board. All three worked out great and I went from the LVC cutting out at about 2:30 -2:40 min of flight zooming around the house to now my timer goes off at 3:00 and I land 10-15 seconds later and I still have 3.75 on the battery. I may extend the timer to 3:30. Excellent mod.
Drew, great content, as always. I really do like the format and your editing style :) A note on the lvc and the powerwhoop connectors. First you should upgrade the connectors to bigger ones. The problem is the increasing voltage drop of the pico blx connectors. Molex's official statement about them is that they are worn out after around 20 connect cycles!!! Typically the time when everyone experiences decreasing flight times... The Reason is the increasing voltage drop due to the increasing resistance at the connector. So. When the batt still has lets say 3.9V the FC will only be able to read 3.9 - voltage drop....Long story short. replacung the connectors will bring back the flight times AND as Second advantage will give you more power. Definitely go for an upgrade! Its worth it ;) Removing the lvc does not eliminate the actual problem. Its just a workaround to deal with it... For a more scientific explanation on this topic search for TinyWhoop battery mod on YT. There is a guy who explained it perfectly... Happy flying man. And cheers from germany :D
Thank you Jubi Great info here, thanks for sharing. I like this mod because it will give you back your flight time without having to buy a whole new set of batteries in order to have the new connector. Plus I just want my whoops to be like my real quads, where its up to me to land when I have to. But you are absolutely right that the improved connector is a great upgrade. I've heard from lots people that the Powerwhoop connector and HV batteries is the best upgrade you can do. I'm hoping I can place an order with Tiny Whoop soon so I can make the switch :) Thanks again
Thats what actually happening. What a shame such big RC company is using pico blx conector for RC models, 20 connects and you are done. With JST-PH 2mm it is like new life for TW and so much power.
thanks man for this comment :) I ordered 100 pcs of jst ph 2.0 connectors (I think this are the powerwhoop connectors) and was thinking about doing the lvc mod in the meantime. But if the connectors solve the problem I won't do the lvc mod. Since I am maybe going to sell the inductrix and change to an e010s (because betaflight), I can easily change back the plug. But its way harder to undo the lvc mod (if you just short it out)
I have a beebrain tiny whoop but I also like to fly my Inductrix FPV at times. The LVC mod was necessary for me after switching to special sauce motors today. I went from flight times of 1-2 mins to 3 minutes easily, always have been landing at the 3 min mark but I definitely have more juice to push it I think. Thanks for the how-to!
3.96 is not the voltage the LVC is triggering at. You need to measure the voltage when it is under load not when it's just stopped as the moment the load stops the battery voltage starts increasing, so the LVC will be triggering at a lower voltage than 3.96
backyardbasher You are right but you are also off. Everyone will discharge the battery till around 3.7/8volts under no load means the battery under load is around 3.2 volts per cell, they can handle load with under voltage. But nominal voltage shouldent sink below 3.6v as then you would cause damage.
I gotta say this worked for me!! I flew the inductrix on a 2.0 batter fully charged until it dropped out of the sky at 1:37 seconds just hovering the whole time. I shorted the pins as stated in the video and put THE SAME BATTER BACK IN and I was able to fly again for another 30 seconds, no cuttoff happend and when I get home I'm going to measure the battery. I hate the pre-mod version of my tiny whoop would cut out at 1:40 all the time. Now I can set my timer for 2 minutes and still have juice to fly back up stairs or to where ever I was flying from. Timer means go home now instead of be home by this time or you'll crash. It makes a big difference. Who cares if I kill a batter I'll get a new one. And I'll have better fligh times again haha.
wow thanks for the video, I am not good at micro soldering , just so difficult to form that blob as the solder just refused to leave the iron and deposit on the 2 resistors, only managed to get minimal solder with some clear flux deposited, you know what, it still works, before i had 10 batts all giving 30s-1min before LVC, but when i put these batteries to the original inductrix, the old inductrix would still fly at least 2.5-3min, and now i tried 2 fresh batts at 4.2v on the whoop, am getting 3 min(i stop at the 3min mark from the timer counter on the DX9) and indeed would drain till 3.78 or so..really thank you so much!
Worked great. I was hitting lvc at 1:30. Did the mod and flew till it wouldnt lift off and got 3:35. The battery read 3.77 when I recharged it. Perfect. Set timer to 2:45 or so and were back in business.
Glad i found this video a whole freakin year and some months later atleast now I can pester my dogs for longer and they wont tear up my whoop when it just falls out the dang air!
thank you so much for this mod! My brother bought me a blade inductrix fpv and himself I tiny whoop and mine worked and his didn't and now after this mod his works so I feel so great! So wicked thank you so much!
Le Drib I'm having hard times with another tiny whoop that I have . this one with the makerfire Evo FC I am turning it in betaflight yet it also has very low flight times and intermittently will seem to get stuck in a command and fly off in One Direction. I did the battery connector modification to this look but I don't think the board has a low voltage cutoff, any suggestions? Thanks so much for videos Rock!
It was great meeting you! It was a great event. Sorry for dropping the S bomb at the start when you showed up making you edit it out :). Glad you put the guide together, hopefully that helps a bunch of people out.
I was fun hanging with you man! And no worries, language stuff doesnt bother me at all, I just like to cut things out to keep things a bit more family friendly. I've been thinking actually using "bleeps" might be funny haha
I like that you keep things family friendly, I just made you do a little extra work. Btw, looked like some killer camera work in this episode ;). Glad I was able to help out!
Older video, but just found it. Thanks so much - works great! How'd you identify which resistors to short out? I'm wondering if I could do this to other similar products - like Horizon's UMX planes.
I like the video, I like going out and having fun flying, I love the fact that you were able to get your lover to join you. My wife doesn't want to wear the goggles.
Heck yea bro hit it up! I'm going down to check out Heisenberg and the Cleveland quad squad. He said the dudes in the Detroit multi rotor crew are really laid back dudes too!! I might try to see if they have any races or if they're just going out for some freestyle flying anytime soon.
I've noticed with lipos that they drop voltage fast when you let them sit fully charged for a while. I don't know how long but I guess the longer you leave it the weaker the cells will be. But what I do is drain them then slow charge a few times and the batteries will kind of recondition. It's worked great for me every time.
Thanks and nice video! I especially hate the LVC on the Inductrix because it will FALL out of the sky, usually at a horribly inopportune time!!! If the LVC would just start flashing about 10 seconds before cutting motor voltages, I could make that work...but Horizon Hobby in their vast wisdom couldn't resist forcing me to need to buy many Inductrix frames!!!
Hey Le Drib, nice upgrade! I have a question about my tiny whoop. Is there any way to stop the oscillation with the 2 blade prop mod and 17k motors? It's especially bad in non auto leveling mode. Ugh. Thanks in advance!
I dont actually have any experience with 2 blade props on Tiny Whoops If your board is tunable (Bee Brain, Bee Core, or similar) then you should be able to adjust P to compensate. If using a stock board I don't think there's anything you can do
Thanks for your reply! Yeah it's a stock board. So the p factor is causing it huh? Did you get decent flight times (before the lvc mod) with the stock props? With the two bladed ones, I get about 4:15, but I'm starting to wonder if it's worth it. I'd like to get a bee type fc, but I'm not sure what tuning really entails. Is it user friendly?
hv batteries 255 mah... with pwc connectors and the inductrix flies and flies and flies... and i think it does improve even the camera quality and range... love it even without switched off lvc...
Love all your videos, I don't know what I'm doing wrong but ive tried to solder a blob of solder on those two right over top of them both and its not taking good i guess it looks brown other then silver like yours does and my LVC is still working..
Le Drib great videos! What if after the lvc light comes on you just keeping flying to the 3 minute mark? I have been doing that recently and that bring the batt down to 3.7.
yeah I was surprised its hard to find info on this mod. I think some people hesitate to share it around because its easy to ruin the board if you mess up the solder job
yeah i do like the combo alot. it really helps when you start putting higher RPM motors in your whoop. I want to try Rakon Helis new tri blade for the whoops too. but to be honest im about to build a brushless micro for the Multi GP micro class. Swapping brushed motors every two weeks is kinda pricey in the long run.
Good mod for the stock inductrix. But you just can't beat the 2.0 connectors with some nice 205mah batteries paired up. I was getting over 8 mins of flight time with my stock FC and 14000 kv motors no FPV camera.
Hey, I enjoy your chanel! fun stuff. We also removed the LVC but killed 4 lipos in the process since my son flies with the out of the box radio that comes with the inductrix, so no timer :) but finally we learned our lesson :) Now to my question: Me and my son are newbies in FPV, we have an Inductrix FPV with Rakonheli Tuning to 8.5mm and ah blade nano QX2, also tuned with 8.5 mm motors and carbon Frame, how many people could fly at that event at the same time? because me and my son has really bad video when we fly thogether. I'm using a fatshark attitude and he's using the screen that came with the inductrix.
Sorry to hear about your batteries! Better to learn the lesson on cheap 1S batteries than larger multi-cell batteries if y'all move up to brushless race quads :) By the way, I'd say getting a better radio is the number one thing you can do to improve your flight experience. So much easier to control the quad with quality gimbals that arent plastic. Once you make the switch you'll never touch another plastic controller again lol Regarding your question, at the race they limited the heats to 2 or 3 people at once to ensure clear signal but they also freestyled around with more in the air when the race wasn't going. At my house I've had 5 people flying at once. You just need to get good frequency separation. Spread out and don't use channels that are right next to each other. If you guys are both using the Fatshark/Immersion channel band, try using channel 1 (5740MHz) and channel 4 (5800MHz). You could add a third pilot on Channel 7 (5860MHz). And if you start using more bands you'll have access to more of the 5.8GHz spectrum.
Le Drib thank you so much, usualy he flies with my spektrum controller and the fatshark when he flies alone but to have 2 fatsharks and 2 good controller is at the moment to much money for flying thogether only occasionsly. usualy we fly in turns. To spread out the chanels didnt came to my mind since we are both beginners but that helped big time, many thanks. Looking forward for your next video. Keep it up.
DONT~_^BLINK if you have over discharged a battery and it won't charge you can bring the voltage back up by connecting it to a charged battery in parallel
Wouldn't it be hilarious if this didn't disable the lvc but actually made the board unusable as a brilliant way to get back at all the people who leave negative comments? Haha, just kidding Le Drib. I love your videos btw and I'm gonna do this mod tonight. Thanks for the tip!!
They're similar. They both run betaflight so you should be able to set them up the same. I believe the bee core actually has a faster processor. I think its F3 while the bee brain is F1
Can you roll an FPV inductrix without any modification to transmitter or drone? I'm new to the hobby and would like to start doing tricks. In aware of changing the mode to agility but I am having troubles getting a full roll. I use a Spektrum dX6
Nice content Drew! But I think it's safe to say that the BeeBrain running airmode with a good tune is really the best whoop flying experience, if you're used to flying 5"
Finally got up the nerve to do the lvc bypass mod. Best thing I ever did for my seldom used tinywhoop (because of the horrid flight times). My batteries are old 150mah / 45C Eflites. I flew the first one for at least 4 minutes before it got weak enough that it didn't have any lift. Normally I do good to get 2 minutes out of one of these. Checked voltage after I landed and it was still at over 4V, but I suspect that is due to the age of these batteries that they won't discharge lower, or possibly the fact that they have not been being discharged fully on all previous flights. (might improve with repeated usage). I forgot to start timer on first one on time so 4 min. is an estimate but I'm about to fly another one with the timer accurate. I have 4 new 240mah 30C HV cells on order with the 2.0 connectors and a pigtail for the whoop. Interesting to see what they do, but I wish they were a little higher C rating. I think on these the C rating is about as important as the mah if not more so. Second 150/45 gave me a good solid 3 minutes, which is what I'm really shooting for, anything more is gravy. Mine has the 14kv motors from MMW on it.
I think there were about 15 people there to race. Pretty good crowd without being too much. There might a way to do this same mod to eachine boards, but I've never seen it done so I'm not sure how :/
I was going to ask the same thing Muki. :) I've been searching forums on RCGroups.com but haven't found anything. If I do I'll post it here. If you happen to find the answer let us know.
I don't own the inductrix but want to do this on my current whoop board. How do you identify which resistors on the board are the correct ones for lvc?
Is there a way to set up the LEDs on the Beebrain FC to do a blinkety-blink like the inductrix board when your battery voltage is low? I tend to hand my controller to other people to try out my whoop, and it would be nice for me to have a visual to go along with the timer on the Tx.
I fly a stock inductrix with protek 210mah 45c batteries and have not done the mod in this video. When im flying at home I fly in stability mode and have a frame stiffner on. I have been getting 4 minutes of flight time and if I land right when my LVC starts blinking and my voltage meter says 3.70v. When I go to races and am in acro mode I get a little less flight time and batteries still come off at 3.8_v before the lights start flashing. Those are just my results, love the Tiny Whoop videos you post!
yup! It only works on the stock inductrix FC (inductrix FPV FC as well). Aftermarket flight boards don't need this mod because they don't come with LVC
Le Drib wow, I just did the mod to my line of sight inductrix running Chaoli motors and I'm getting at least 30 seconds more flight (could go more but don't want to ruin batteries)! They are now coming down at 3.7 volts instead of 3.9-4.0.
Dude! Thank you so much for finding this! I just did it to my Nano QX and sure enough it worked! I enjoy your videos about whoopin'. I'm subscribed! I've been flying 3d helicopters for over 5 years now and have never tried fpv until last week. I must say, I'm mad that I waited this long to try it. I love these little tiny whoops. Everything about them is awesome!
I always fly in acro. Most agree auto-level (angle mode) is better for racing tiny whoops but I hate using it. And Horizon mode (auto-level with flip ability) seems like a bad idea, too easy to push the stick to far and start flipping unexpectedly
I have a question I have a bumblebee whoop Pro ... n can it be bound to the Devo 7 transmitter to fly...n I have four bladed props if I cut to where have two blades would that increase my flight time?
Dude, thanks a lot appreciate it but I need to know where you got that adapter to check the voltage on the 1C batteries you know where I can get one.....?
Hey Drib! love the videos figured I might ask. I just got my tiny whoop built and I am absolute brand new at this and i am having some small issues figured I'd ask and see you could some advice. 1. I can't seem to keep a good throttle, it's either to much or to little. 2. it seems like it's drifting while I try to maintain altitude. I'm running beeductrix on taranis. any help is greatly appreciated.
Flying Tiny Whoop at a bar , would be the ultimate drinking game !!!!! Every time you crash you have to chug . This could be the way to save bowling alley's from going under. The hell with throwing a 16lb ball around. They have plenty of open space and a liquor licence.
I soldered the JST PH 2.0 instead of the common 1.5 and don't have that issue and battery discharges fine 3.6 - 3.7 almost everytime. The thinner wire stock funnels the juice. I figured this one out gifting the family with them cheap furibees then soldering cams myself. With there lil 150mah batterys that come with with the jst ph 2.0 seemed to have good punch versus my blade fpv. Bad part you gotta solder the females onto the batterys to. Furibee however does sell the 250mah lipos with the JST PH connectors, OOo almost forgot 30/60 punch value on them also!
where can I get the micro jst adaptor plug you are using on your voltage checker? I can't seem to find one and I would love to check the voltage on my micro batteries at well. I would also like to know where you got your voltage checker? the one I am using now doesn't seem to be quite accurate so I would like to try a different one. thank you
Thank you, thank you! So sick of my inductrix leaving over 4.0V on the battery at the end of a flight. This is easy and and it works. Got back to 3 minutes with 3.86V left. Amazing.

Fantastic tip Drew. Will be doing this on mine. Thanks bud and have a great week!
thanks for a great tip! I just started flying whith others in tiny whoop races and it's the most fun. Laid back and easy going.
3.96 is not the voltage the LVC is triggering at.

if it makes you feel better, we're best friends and not "together". Maybe I'll find a girlfriend into FPV one day though haha
I am sorry if I misspoke, I like the video. Keep up the good work. I am going to solder in better connectors on my Woop's and E010's.
oh no worries! We get it all the time haha
I actually just did a video about the upgraded connectors. Best upgrade ever :)
Great video! i will do that to my tiny whoop soon! thanks!
Thanks for the tip! Suddenly the pile of "useless" batteries are ok...
I did the mod I noticed a very big difference thanks very much
Solid work sir
Nice Hack Man! Bam Margera does the eyeliner too!
Great mod! thanks Drew. Everybody loves mods n hacks n junks.
Dude fantastic tutorial!
Thanks! I'm hoping to keep doing occasional tutorials within the vlogs :)
Thanks man this help me lot. It worked! Nice eyeliner by the way
that was a AWESOME Tip!! Thanks for Sharing!!
Try moding eachine e011 or try makerfire armor 65 lite
Thanks and nice video!
I especially hate the LVC on the Inductrix because it will FALL out of the sky, usually at a horribly inopportune time!!! If the LVC would just start flashing about 10 seconds before cutting motor voltages, I could make that work...but Horizon Hobby in their vast wisdom couldn't resist forcing me to need to buy many Inductrix frames!!!
Would this be possible to the Eachine E010 too??
Thank's a lot!!
I know what I'm doing when I get home from work later! thank you!!
nice, good luck! Just take your time soldering on such small components :)
will do!! look forward to hopefully flying together in a couple weeks!!
hell yeah!
Wow it's amazing how far whoops have progressed in just 6 months since this video has came out.
Is it possible to do this mod on an Inductrix FPV + board also?
Thanks 4 the tip man!
Can you do this mod on an Inductrix BL? Im about to toss the thing. New batteries are getting 1 minute flights. Love your flying drib. Smooth.
Nice!! TY..worked great.
Hey Le Drib, nice upgrade! I have a question about my tiny whoop. Is there any way to stop the oscillation with the 2 blade prop mod and 17k motors? It's especially bad in non auto leveling mode. Ugh. Thanks in advance!
I dont actually have any experience with 2 blade props on Tiny Whoops
If your board is tunable (Bee Brain, Bee Core, or similar) then you should be able to adjust P to compensate.
That works great I'm excited to fly mine again. How did you figure that out?
hv batteries 255 mah... with pwc connectors and the inductrix flies and flies and flies... and i think it does improve even the camera quality and range... love it even without switched off lvc...
Love all your videos, I don't know what I'm doing wrong but ive tried to solder a blob of solder on those two right over top of them both and its not taking good i guess it looks brown other then silver like yours does and my LVC is still working..
So wait will this little modification give your drone more power as well or just increase flight times ?
It won't add power, it just prevents the boats from forcing you to land sooner than you have to.
Le Drib great videos! What if after the lvc light comes on you just keeping flying to the 3 minute mark? I have been doing that recently and that bring the batt down to 3.7.
cool! i need to try this with an HV battery and the power whoop connector. thanks for the info i hadnt seen this yet.
yeah I was surprised its hard to find info on this mod. I think some people hesitate to share it around because its easy to ruin the board if you mess up the solder job
Do you like the power whoop connector and HV batteries as much as everyone else says they do? I've been meaning to upgrade
yeah i do like the combo alot. it really helps when you start putting higher RPM motors in your whoop. I want to try Rakon Helis new tri blade for the whoops too. but to be honest im about to build a brushless micro for the Multi GP micro class. Swapping brushed motors every two weeks is kinda pricey in the long run.
great vid man luv the tiny whoop mod too makes me want to get one😎👍🏻
want to put one of these together soon. Going to do some research but do these come RTF with with the camera or are they usually customs builds?
both. RTF and Customs are out there.
Good mod for the stock inductrix. But you just can't beat the 2.0 connectors with some nice 205mah batteries paired up. I was getting over 8 mins of flight time with my stock FC and 14000 kv motors no FPV camera.
You make my day ! Thx Le Drib ;)
Nice work.
Hey, I enjoy your chanel! fun stuff. We also removed the LVC but killed 4 lipos in the process since my son flies with the out of the box radio that comes with the inductrix, so no timer :) but finally we learned our lesson :)
Now to my question:
Me and my son are newbies in FPV, we have an Inductrix FPV with Rakonheli Tuning to 8.5mm and ah blade nano QX2, also tuned with 8.5 mm motors and carbon Frame, how many people could fly at that event at the same time? because me and my son has really bad video when we fly thogether. I'm using a fatshark attitude and he's using the screen that came with the inductrix.
Sorry to hear about your batteries! Better to learn the lesson on cheap 1S batteries than larger multi-cell batteries if y'all move up to brushless race quads :)
By the way, I'd say getting a better radio is the number one thing you can do to improve your flight experience. So much easier to control the quad with quality gimbals that arent plastic. Once you make the switch you'll never touch another plastic controller again lol
Regarding your question, at the race they limited the heats to 2 or 3 people at once to ensure clear signal but they also freestyled around with more in the air when the race wasn't going.
Are you wearing eyeliner? Edit: honest questions, honest answers. Drib responded with a yes.
I think he's wearing eye shadow too. Cool by me though.
i noticed a lack of eyelashes, could be related to a nervous tick, i got one similar.
No negativity, just an honest question
No idea
Steven Phillips definitely wearing eyeliner. ...no hate...just saying....
Hahah that'd be horrible! There's too many other great dudes leaving positive comments 👍🏻
The haters are just comedy to me :)
Have you seen the new brush less TINY WOOPS they look AMAZING.
hoping to build some brushless micros real soon ;)
ive heard ur using the beebrain, but what about the beecore?
is it any different?
They're similar. They both run betaflight so you should be able to set them up the same. I believe the bee core actually has a faster processor. I think its F3 while the bee brain is F1
oh ok, cool thanks for the reply XD
you are so inspiring
Can you roll an FPV inductrix without any modification to transmitter or drone? I'm new to the hobby and would like to start doing tricks. In aware of changing the mode to agility but I am having troubles getting a full roll. I use a Spektrum dX6
Great vid le drib! Knowledge is power ah?😜👏👍🥇🍺
hi, great vids, i just started subscribing. where can i get one of those mini battery voltmeters?
Nice content Drew! But I think it's safe to say that the BeeBrain running airmode with a good tune is really the best whoop flying experience, if you're used to flying 5"
most definitely. Love my bee-brain! It was nice getting the stock boards to stop falling out of the sky though before I got the better board
aw went back to this video, rip old girlfriend hope she is doing well.
Mine has the 14kv motors from MMW on it.
how many showed up to the TW race? I want to go to one they look fun. Also would the same concpet apply to the eachine boards?
Those are just my results, love the Tiny Whoop videos you post!
what battery connector do you have?
blasbike the stock inductrix plug
I think you get more people at a tiny whoop event on a wed. than I do with my band at most bars these days.
The first FC's from HH had high LVC if your has a 0 at the end of the 4 digit code yours is old and HH will replace it with the new version.
Ahhhh nice mod.
When the battery fails, and the quad falls, does it land on a Tiny Whoopy Cushion?
thank you very much my dood
Will this work on the stock inductrix FC? Great video you earned a sub!
yup! It only works on the stock inductrix FC (inductrix FPV FC as well).
Aftermarket flight boards don't need this mod because they don't come with LVC
Le Drib thanks for the speedy reply!
Le Drib wow, I just did the mod to my line of sight inductrix running Chaoli motors and I'm getting at least 30 seconds more flight (could go more but don't want to ruin batteries)! They are now coming down at 3.7 volts instead of 3.9-4.0.
Sweet! Glad it worked for you :)
This mod worked great on my Inductrix turned tiny whoop. Is there any way you can show me which resistor to do this to on a Blade Nano QX board?
I saw you doing some whoop flips, so do you fly it acro? or do you use horizon?
I always fly in acro. Most agree auto-level (angle mode) is better for racing tiny whoops but I hate using it.
And Horizon mode (auto-level with flip ability) seems like a bad idea, too easy to push the stick to far and start flipping unexpectedly
Thank you for your insight. Ive never flown horizon either, for exactly the same reason. I have a whoop on the way!
Great! You'll love it :)
can you post a still picture of the 2 resistors that you need to short out ? I definately need to do this to my stock inductrix fpv board
I'm running beeductrix on taranis.
any help is greatly appreciated.
wod this mod work on a eachine e010
?
great! I was starting to wonder if there was a way to bypass that. thanks for the info bro!
WoundedWing
how much flight time do you get?
Bro, does every drone lvc part looks same?
Good job.
where can I get the micro jst adaptor plug you are using on your voltage checker? I can't seem to find one and I would love to check the voltage on my micro batteries at well. I would also like to know where you got your voltage checker? the one I am using now doesn't seem to be quite accurate so I would like to try a different one. thank you
please lol
