I weren't interested in Dream Big Panels, I thought these were too complicated to do until I discovered your Full Line "Dream Big Panel Stencils" AND this video. You really clear things up for me and make it fun at the same time. Oh, oh, I love, love your Stencils, etc. (collection is growing), wish I had discovered them sooner, still it's not late, I'm glad I have now!
I’m so glad you saw that video on the dream big panels! Thank you for your comment. You’re a good customer, I remember your name! So glad you’re enjoying your stencils 😍
I just discovered your channel from the email sent today announcing this new stencil. Thank you for this video showing you sewing the panel. I'm on a domestic and I'm finally dedicating time to FMQ. I have many of your stencils and plan on relying on them to get me through this learning curve. Thank you!
Hi Annie! That's great, our stencils can be a great stepping stone on the journey to FMQ. I'm going to make a video on how to mark the panel for a domestic machine hopefully soon. The main difference is you start in the middle and work your way out. You'll be getting your marks on the overlapping petals which in this video you iron off to avoid but it won't matter because those petals that overlap the one your working on will already be quilted. There won't be confusion, just extra chalk to brush or iron off in the end. It may be about a month before I get the video made. I have a big show coming up and I don't have the panel yet so it's pushing it out a bit on the schedule. Subscribe to my channel so you won't miss it. You're not the Annie M who won our years worth of stencils about two years ago are you?
@@fulllinestencilbyhancycrea9939 yes, I am thee Annie M!!! You remembered me! I net Bernie at the Lancaster show, last year I think. It was fun! I really like the application Bernie demonstrated with the glitter in his video. I can see me doing something with my grandchildren with that technique.
@@booomanchu ha! I thought so! Your picture gave you away. I wasn't 100% sure but close enough to risk asking. And OMGosh yes, kids love playing with glitter! That is a fun one.
I'm wondering what kink of pounce powder you use, as it looks like it doesn't come off easily like what I use that seems to jump off easily as I stitch or when using on my DSM it rubs off as I stitch. I love your stencils for this and your video is really great. Thanks
Thank you Denise for your kind words and your question. The Pounce powder I was using is our Ultimate Pounce powder. It really works well, not a lot of bouncing and good adhesion. There are occasions when it doesn't adhere as well as what you see in the video but they're rare. It all depends on the fabric but for the most part this pounce powder is really great and like you also see in the video it irons off! If your chalk bounces or comes off spray over the top with some Best Press Sizing Spray or some ordinary aerosol hairspray, that will help a lot too.
Nothing, it's the fabric. Try some hairspray or Best Press to increase the adhesion of the chalk. You'll see a difference. The iron off chalk can still be ironed off after being sprayed too.
uh oh! Thank you for telling me I just checked and it was never published!! It's up there now. You can click here fulllinestencil.com/product/33004-big-dream-panel-stencils-2pk/ or you can find it under the "A look at what's new" category under Full Line Stencils in the Shop. Check it out! You only need the two stencils!

Wow, I was looking at the tear off stencils, but this could be done petal by petal. I will have to look for your home machine video
When you are rubbing back and forth, how does the stencil not move when you pounce towards the direction of your hand? How does the stencil not move?

Love your video! Whenever I try to do more then one or two areas at a time they rub off by the time I start sewing, what am I doing wrong?

Nice Video. I have a panel that needs quilting......BUT I cannot find the referenced stencils on your website!
