I just wanted my own nose without the bump .I paid cash which in the eighties cost two thousand pound. I am now 76 .have always been happy with the results also female .have had lots of surgery over the years . People do not realise you still age but at a slower pace you must look after your skin to try and keep results as long as possible. I take collegen and use collegen cream . Never go out without sun screen.
Hi can a bridge /hump reshape and bulbous tip b done using closed rhinoplasty? Also wat wud b the affect if someone gave birth 9/10 months after rhinoplasty
Ethnicity, ancestry and heritage is defined by our noses. Once your nose has been augmented you lose what quintessentially makes YOU unique. There is no female or male nose only inherited noses. We often lose sight of who we are and think a rhinoplasty will change our lives for the better, but the reality is we end up even more lost after rhinoplasty as we no longer recognise ourselves. There is beauty in every natural nose and God does not make mistakes
The beauty of this is that nobody has to do any elective surgeries if they don’t want to. People can keep their hump, crooked nose, etc. all they want. For those that want changes, that’s what I’m here for. Most patients have wanted the requested changes for many years and have thought this through.
A person’s identity and sense of self is not contained entirely within their nose. Changing your nose does not rid you of your personality, interests, ethnicity, quirks, or what have you. It allows the person to be as beautiful on the outside as they feel they truly are on the inside. Everyone deserves to be at 100% their best.
@@rallytonight8491 100% this, when people tell me they are from a certain country I don't care what their nose looks like, I mostly find their culture interesting lol
After rhinoplasty swelling is more challenging because your nose will look upturned short and piggy I'm two and half week post op and i can't see my face in mirror because i look like a pig but people who had this situation tell me it's just swelling don't worry so now it's a waiting game

Wow informative video, Thanks Doc.
My pleasure!
I don’t necessarily agree with the nose hump thing it looks fine to me when they remove it. Most guys I know don’t have a hump naturally
Great vid!
Thank you!
