I used a flattened out cylinder in place of the ground plane and made it the same size as the sphere (skydome). It seems to fit better that way and you don't get any of the hard edges you do when using the square plane. I did notice that when copying the position of the light and null, you copied each individual position and then pasted it. I typically just copy the word "position" and then paste to the "position" in my target layer. Works the same and saves a sliver of time. You're probably already aware of that but if not, hope you give it a try. Looking forward to your next masterpiece!
Thank you very much. You've solved a big issue for me, as a newbie. I was trying to apply 360 environment using environment model which is in the Primitive Pack. For a reason or another, the whole pack doesn't show on "Model Browser" in the "scene setup". and i totally failed to make it shown again in the models list. However, you have perfectly shown how to apply the 360 environment without using that model. wish you best of luck. Thanks a lot for your useful tutorials.

after i make the sphere object and go back into the composition (outside of E3D) outside of the original (group 1) project, its just a black transparent background still... the sphere backface isnt visible despite turning on "draw backface"

Please play the project from the beginning at the end of each tutorial so that we can compare the result with the rendered video because the tutorial videos are not as complete as the rendering videos.
first import the video in a composition having the same setting as of the 360 degree video then import the composition to your element 3D composition and assign it to a texture layer as i shown in the tutorial then apply it

Greetings Amit. When I load an HDRI on to a sphere.... I set the size to 10.000... but my hdri get so magnified that everything looks wrong, blurred somehow, not like in our video, where no matter the size, it still looks awesome. Any idea why? thanks
