The way Mr Butler just touched Whisper and told him to sit up; the guy understood, and affixed himself.
Dem nah pree them thing deh
I saw that too
He wait until the interviewer not looking 🤣
I saw that, represent yourself, the brand, and your mentor(s) for the work will showcase your skills and experience gained
True coach
this interview changed my perspective on Craig. it really humanized him compared to how the media portrays him.
Watch other videos or interviews bro you will get more insights it's just his choice of words sometimes and ego but I really think that ego comes from the love that he has for his players since he obviously has a real close bond with them. All respect for Mr.Butler
Butler is like asafa. When you have your own setup and you dont depend on the system to eat, you say what you want. You don't have to follow the expected narrative to "eat a food"
@@win30034 just because you can say what you want, that doesnt mean everything said is correct.
“I am not a regular person”. Asafa is an entertainer at his fundamental purpose in society. He doesnt create food of cure cancer or provide air for people to breathe. Thus any profits or position he holds its because we, The People, put him there. That little level of understand will do greatly with dealing with people and his humility and is also the fundamental difference between him and athletes who have better relations with public. At the end of the day is still just a man.
Whisper has high respect for Craig Butler. You see it in the way he looks at him. Hope Craig continues to help him to fulfill his potential💪🏽
I will say this every chance I get; Craig Butler is a pioneer and visionary leader, he sees things not just as they are but what they could be. Often times this kind of foresight is not widely held so often times persons like him are misunderstood and considered disruptive, overzealous and maybe even delusional. Also I think he often time gets frustrated and even angry having to explain certain ideas and concepts that are clear as day to him but most other people fail to understand.
Also, Craig is obviously a business man at heart so he knows how to put his vision into strategic, long term planning and execute incrementally. Often times plp point to Leon being Craig’s only success, not true; while indeed he’s his biggest, Craig has signed more PROFESSIONAL players than any other local manger. Craig is arguably one of the most successful NON PLAYER in Jamaican football.
Craig has also gone on to DOCUMENT the process; he understands the lay of the land. This is not be taken for granted. This opening of the journey is what inspires and charts the way for the future generations.
Mad respect to Craig and the entire Phoenix Academy for all that they are doing for Jamaican football.
Visionary my ass , Craig is a dam narcissistic, this interview is not good for the youth
@Randomyute Well said! this is my first time watching a Craig Butler interview and the way he articulates himself and uses various examples to bring across his points I totally agree with you and can also relate when you said he is a visionary who is often misunderstood.
Him pay yuh fi write this ?
@@Sariyahxo good question!
@@Sariyahxo you couldn’t conceive or fathom the thought all on your own don’t. Some plp have the ability to receive information, comprehend it and formulate their own thoughts and understanding.
I hope I live to see the day this man play a major role in our football structure
Next world cup. 🙏🏻
Naa him good fi youngster him ago have problems with grown men with egos
JFF needs to sort out their foolishness and f#ckry , implement a professional attitude. Until then talented players will just get used.
15:05 10secs more and he would've cried this man truly want the best for these guys
This just show the importance of strong male figures. Regardless of your ways that I don't know as an outsider, your aim to guide young boys mind is something I admire to do myself. We need a lot of this in society, young men find respectable older men and take the advice. Too often young men think they know it all.
Facts 💯
As a media professional for years it’s a beautiful thing when the interests of the host align with a great guest selection it’s makes for superb viewing. This interview will be talked about in the future. Great work to the fix team.
Education important too . Dunce can't play football
Education is important
Humbleness needed
This youth need to calm I rate your talents but you brain 🧠 need fixing
Him need a education too
Butler is a very dynamic life teacher...and he do have a few issues....but more greatness than anything else. A great value to inner city youth !
Pree 1:31:05 when Mr. Butler touch Wisper and gesture for him to sit straight. He is not just a sporting coach but also a life coach. Much respect.
Saw that too. That is mentorship and guidance and representing the brand that which is you the brand.
Best interview for the year. Craig really need a chance in charge of Reggae Boyz. I think I’d go watch the match
And what warrants that? That’s so ignorant.
@@Pariah542 What’s ignorant about my statement. It’s an opinion dumbo. I believe he made several great points that are seemingly progressive for Jamaica’s football. I’d go watch to see if it is all fluff. I’m curious.
@@Pariah542 he’s produced the only home grown generational talent we’ve seen from Jamaica in this generation. I wouldn’t want him in a managerial role at the national level but he has sporting director written all over him. He seems like the only person intent on retaining our young talents rather than having them end up like Raheem and so many others before him.
This is what happens when you nurture the confidence in the youths. When what's happening at Phoenix becomes the norm across Jamaica.....we'll be world beaters! It simple!
been telling people this man needs a real go @ our football development programs even JPL coaches dem seh “the man mad and kyle nuh good” i will continue to say this each time jamaican football is the conversation great interview JFF i hope some of your dunce members send this interview in the meeting room
This was one of the best reasoning I've seen on The Fix. Big up yuh self Mr. Butler and all you do. We need more father figures like you in our communities. A lot of men out here don't know how to be men or fathers! Good job to you sir and stay motivated to continue to do the work. The children nee our help.
Yes The Fix.
2023 unlock the Fix best better
We see you hearing us on not chopping up the interviews, but giving us the whole interview segment. Proud
I for one enjoyed this interview
1:35am Canadian time work tomorrow ma’anin!!! Great interview 🙌
Good interview. Whisper is great potential and I wish him the best. Craig, as you have always done with others, please help Whisper with his communication skills so he will be better able to express himself.
It will come with time and exposure. He has the ability to move the needle as he been thought to be professional so it will come with time.
Too all my Jamaican we have to protect Mr butler in every cost this man is going move our nation with all is might in football because he have the knowledge to help us
Yes Bredda
All things that can be learn can be taught. Especially unlearning the bad habits and transforming the mindset to learn the correct ways and correcting any wrong.
Learning lesson learned in life, it discipline, dedication and commitment
That is mentorship and guidance; representing the brand that which is you the brand.
Especially trained in media training interview skills and experience.
Humility, patience and focus is vital check and balance in any endeavors
Great conversation love that kid been watching him for a while now he going places
True Mr. Butler so much you are doing respect and remain humble but be firm and direct as you are. Solid as a Rock 💪
I learned so much from Craig in this interview
Big Respect to Mr. Butler always , if there were 10 more of him Jamaica would be in semi-finals at World Cup each hosting !
Wow. Interview I didn’t know I needed to see! An mi not even start watch yet lol
Very whole hearted man my respect Craig🫡
The coach unequivocally correct. Reggae boys proved this. Unquestionably one of the top interviews, we all felt part of tbe conversation
It’s crazy to believe he is just 15 he is EXTREMELY TALENTED and with guidance he has a long way to go he will be a Jamaican household name
he is 17
He is now 17
17
True, many Jamaicans lacking the knowledge and ability to stretch themselves to what there are in the levels of their career endeavors development
Plus many doesn't want to learn and transform themselves to learn more and from what they allready known and changes many unlearn bad habits
This gives me hope that some good youths still deh a Jamaica…Big up yourself Mr.Butler
The youths (and talent) are there all over Jamaica. What is needed is proper youth coaching and development like Craig is doing.
@@elgranjero2284 mmhmm majority of the places I go,all I see are bleach out faces ,rub out hands, clarks pon feet, pants under batty boys a call me fadda or Gad…This past decade is the worst of Jamaica society…We need much more positive influencers in Jamaica but even them a get killed..
Manners and Respect to Mr. Craig Butler.
Talk upright and true to his craft and mentorship mentor in his craftsmanship
People need to learn and heed rather having those spirits of fruitfulness against him, to heed from his coaching skills and experience that which he is guiding his team of young players
I don't see ego and pride, but proud skillsets and experiences gained and garnered over his own lifetime and career to be a mentor and coach to future successful players and young men who are leaders and not followers
very good interview. I have a new found respect for Mr. Butler.
The fix one of my favorite podcast big up unnuh self inna di 2023 yah LOUDDDD
Mumma say so intense and intent on being so intentional with dem lol wicked word play mumma 👏
That fly over alot a heads 😂😂😂😂😂
People in Jamaica have back a bush mentality to everything the man might say somethings that are not factual and speak a way that may hurt people feelings but him produce and grow one of Jamaica best ever footballer players in a long while and have European experience watching and see how things are done in Europe so why not take him advice and build Jamaica football.
*An amazing interview...* 😎
I waited forever for this interview... Ari pretty eno :) bless up Naro ... respect Craig ... big up yuself Dujuan
Big and great interview Craig is really like a father to a lot of youths and whisper is going to be the bolt of football no joke and a lot of other phoenix talents are going to make it big time
Great interview. Informative, insightful and great wisdom from Coach Craig Butler. Pastor Ari with Corinthians 13. 🤣
THE BEST INTERVIEW NIGHTLY FIX ❗️
Good interview fix… hope whisper keep him head and be humble
I thoroughly enjoyed this interview, so much wisdom was imparted. I love what this gentleman is doing for the youths and the culture. The knowledge and skills that he has given them is so inspirational. I can't wait to see this young man at the top of his game. Thank you the fix this was awesome. 🫡👏🏾🙌🏾
A One RONALDO Interview this 😂😂😂😂😂 Everybody A Get It 🔥🔥🔥😂
Bredda u sick me inuh dawg kmft
@@kyle777XI wah that affi do wid mi??!
What I got from him using two defenders at the back line is Manning cup really Shakey in terms of attacking quality. How tf a side uses two defenders when most if not teams uses at least 3 forwards
We Jamaicans are naturally talented‼️
Love the interview stills was a great one just continue keep focus sameway mhi balla👉🏽🦁👈🏽
Loved this! Great start to the year
Great interview 💯👍🏾
Wisper just be humble and play the football from your heart!! #Fortis
4 years, and he’ll be back, only as a professional premiere league star. I promise that.
Sound like a real Jamaican badmind
@@UNKNOWN-ut4gi reading is fundamental. Please review my comment, understand, then return with a response.

@@romainfoote6581 I think his problem is comprehension many people see and hear words but don't comprehend lol
@@UNKNOWN-ut4gi big DUNCE HEAD! can see seh a you did deh a the back a the class
Craig sound well intentioned 💯 respect him
His confidence can be seen as him being cooky however I have no issues with that my one problem is that Craig need to teach him how to conduct him self in an interview and how to answer questions cause this ain’t it
A stricker should be natural cooky
He knows his ability and nothing is wrong with confidence but he definitely needs media training however right now he is himself authentically
He is 17 i’m sure he will improve
Don't answer that , that is leadership and management. PR is on top of it. ( timeline @1:03:00 to ... )
But back in Pele times the formations were like that with 2 defenders
He speaks truth, but the way he speaks at times might come off disrespectful to other coaches and players who are actually trying hard to be on a pro level
Don’t know football but this is an awesome interview
We want a chronic law interview
I've never heard Whisper speak so loudly.
nice oxymoron
I’ve never heard him talk this much
Coach Craig a edify him to overcome that shyness and how to handle media interviews and the public interaction
One of the best interviews yet Craig a real one
Thank you Craig Butler for all your sacrifices.
Coach we need to have a discussion about the Bible being an historical document.Nuff respect coach🤜🏿🤛🏿
Jah Jah I bust out laughing at 38:45 ("Mi a teach them a system and you a teach dem foolishness" The GREAT Craig Butler.
Me don’t see Craig in person over 35 yrs. Good to see him on u tube. 😊😊
Any relation?
Big up clifford richards the father of this gifted young Richards, also bingie Blair...Respect to every one who make this youth possible.
It’s not what happened to a man, is what a man do with what happened to him 🇯🇲❤❤❤
Mr butler will never be apart of the national team because he’s too outspoken and the JFF doesn’t like that kind of personality
good interview 💯 listen closely to Craig & you’ll pick up a few gems
RESPECT TO MR BUTLER 💯
Good interview
It’s a lifestyle that everything around you must adjust to.
Miguel coley is coming, he'll be the best coach jamaica will ever see if coach jamaica or not let's see
Totally agree 👍
Yessir!
As much as how good the Phoenix Academy players are, the way butler belittles other players and coaches who works hard as well to be on a good level is not encouraging for players and coaches trying to reach a high level like Whisper and a coach like himself
Loved this
Butler speak with passion respect that
ALMIGHTY JEHOVAH GOD BLESS SIR BUTLER AND HIS CONNECTIONS, TEAM, MANAGEMENT TO CONTINUE THE BLESSINGS ❤
Whisper really respects his coach
Motivation 🙏🏾
Craig talking facts yo 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Leon Bailey sey the same thing Craig is a life coach
Butler is a football philosopher, who understands that football is played with 99.999% mind power and the rest of the equation is a mystery!.
DAUGHTERS ARE TO BE SPOILED..... BIG UP CRAIG REAL GENERAL
the only school boy football coach i see that gonna be phenomenal is the Jamaica college coach and Clarendon college coach
Lol ina last part whisper zone out😅
Jff a wait till them old fi call them up😂
Just get a understanding of who Craig Butler be tbh, he just earned another respect 🫡 this guy is a great leader/father
nuff love
Awesome happy all beginning to understand blessings to all
Mr. Butler on. Fix Respect
Like the humor from Craig and whisper 😊😊
Need a part few now
We need some Craig butler and franno in politics in Jamaica.
Whisper star balla, keep the humble 🙏🏾
Man the Jamaican accent is crazy, I can barely understand anything 😅
Ok ..I just watched over an hour of this interview.. some typa crazy shytt .. Big alto self ..from Saint Vincent.. Whisper all the best
Whisper will be great because you can see he is vulnerable and listen to every single word from craig n craig thinks highly of him.
Craig Butler needs to be a coach and mentor to all these youths. Plus others in the music genre needs to heed and be mentors to these younger adults who wants to be in the music industry
That is mentorship and guidance and representing the brand that which is you the brand.
GIVE MR BUTLER THE RASS RESPONSIBILITY FOR BALLER DEM
Mr butler is grooming him... that's a good move right there... Players in Jamaica don't get enough respect... so do it youth... money afi mek
Should’ve asked him how he feels about the new coach and adidas being attached to the team now if things will fix up caz a big money tings a gwaan
The fact that Craig mentioned Iceland's success at the top level against all odds as an example for why Jamaica can win the world cup, tells me he thinks favorably of Jamaica's current coach who played a big part in Iceland's success story. I could be wrong of course.
This youth need to show some humility. Don't act bigger than what your are. Reach first youth
Good interview however handle topics more strategic with an understanding of others perspective instead of giggling away unnecessarily now and again it sways or thwart the efforts in what the person is trying to convey or achieve.
Remember though, this (unlike mainstream media) is more of an info-tainnent package which moves away from the parameters of straight-laced journalism.
Right now I’m going to lookup this Whisper kid .. All the best yute .. Hope you make Jahknow
