Yeah, he's just banned in commander. His price spiked up when there was word that wotc might be unbanning some cards. It's coming back down tho because there's so many of them out there.
Elish Norn, Mother of Machines and Yarok the Desecrated are like Panharmonicon but better, as they double all permanents' enter effects (and Norn shuts off your opponents' ETB effects). Put all three in and watch the fireworks. Also great ETB effects: Atraxa, Grand Unifier, Shriekmaw/Ravenous Chupacabra/Nekrataal/Boneshredder, and Eternal Witness.
