Well, considering that there are three MCU shows set for Disney Plus (Disney’s new streaming service) about Loki, Falcon/Winter Soldier, Hawkeye and Wanda/Vison, most of the multiverse stuff will be explained in two of those four shows.
So you think we'll have to watch those to understand things in the future cinematic movies?

Multiverse just means infinite universes existing at the same time (different earths mean different hero and villain versions). It's the best excuse the Russo brothers gave Holly studios. It means that The X-Men can be introduced via alternate universe along with Venom, The Fantastic 4 and so forth. Basically the Marvel fans, regular movie goers and Holly Wood studios wins. Everyone benefits from the Multiverse introduction. And yes, that means an alternate earth Ironman can comeback or make cameo visits.

I am afraid in the alternative universe/timeline Iron Man passed away from an other operation not Thanos EndGame operation but something by human villian. Maybe they will explain it and that would be more harmfull for the fans.

The new IT: Chapter 2 trailer just came out. When you watch it (because I know you will) DON'T COVER YOUR EYES. Otherwise it doesn't really count. Also watch the first IT so you know what's going at least and it doesn't look like when you watched the Godzilla: King of the Monsters trailer thinking you could go in without watching the first. We know it's for the views but it does make the fans of the actual movies upset/annoyed and makes it seem like you don't really care about the franchises.

doomed huh Idk about merging but he could’ve definitely worked on an AI with his voice before they went back in time just in case they succeeded. I don’t think so though. What I’m thinking is after a couple of years, in an Avengers movie, they’re going to bring a different version of him from another timeline/dimension. That way his death isn’t invalidated. We will never get back the same Tony Stark:/
