The Horizon 7.0 AT provides the break from walking and running outdoors that I need. It has a cushioned running deck to provide shock absorption. The fast incline and speed adjustments help me replicate the freedom of running outside. Considering its low price, the 7.0 AT just makes sense.
If you are looking for a treadmill that doesn’t lock you into a set subscription service, the 7.0 AT is worth a look. It pairs with third-party apps, including popular services like Peloton and Zwift. The Horizon 7.0 AT is kept more affordable because it doesn’t have a touchscreen display. Instead, it connects smoothly with your phone or tablet.
The newest version of the 7.0 AT now pairs with Apple watches via Apple Gym Kit. It also has improved support for Samsung Galaxy watches. If you are like me and have a Garmin instead, don’t worry. You can still connect via Bluetooth to this treadmill, as can most Bluetooth heart rate monitors.
When you are done training, the deck folds up. It’s not too heavy and has a kick release to softly lower the deck back to the ground. Moving the treadmill around requires you to tilt and roll it, but we found it fairly easy for one person to move short distances.
Finally, we were extremely impressed by the lifetime warranty on the frame and motor. The 7.0 AT treadmill feels sturdy and long-lasting, making it a rare find for running treadmills in its price range.

Already bought it, 9 hours too late. Took it home yesterday. But glad you gave it a good review.
Got this as a Christmas gift from my wife and I’m loving it. It’s Apple Watch compatibility is very helpful to see my distance, calories and hr sync to my treadmill. Quality treadmill for less.
awesome.TY Lots of love and respect from here in Iran.
Great review, Very helpful as I evaluate this purchase. Thank you so much. 👍🏽
you are welcome!
@@BestTreadmillReviews can you mention the acceleration lets say from 5mp to 10 mph.. how fast does it speed up? Can you add this to all your reviews?
@@Nonybusinessxxxxxx we test minimum to maximum speed. The 7.0 AT takes 18 seconds from 1 mph to 12 mph. I will consider adding it to the video reviews! Thanks for the feedback!
I bought mine with the extended warranty. I wore out my first treadmill (used and really old) and learned what I liked and didn't like using gym equipment. This one (so far) is awesome. The wheels to adjust speed and incline are awesome. I am going to try my hand at creating a custom workout today. The USB port doesn't deliver enough power to charge my ipad pro m4 11inch. The speed seems to increase when I put the treadmill at a full incline and a speed of 2.0 mph. I don't know if this is a symptom of my weight (220ish) or just the belt slipping a bit. I haven't had it long so I'm going to tinker with it. After about 6 months of being off my daily cardio routine, getting on this one had me wanting to keep going after my 30 minutes was up.
Can you do a review on the light saber in the back ground?
Haha! That would be sweet. I don't know if that fits in with the rest of our channel, but I will pass your request along to the team!
The Bowflex T9 is another treadmill that’s GymKit compatible and slightly more premium that I’d love to see a review on.
My fingers are crossed that we are going to get it in soon!
I need something for interval running hill running. I basically do a few sets of one minute 14kmh/ at 14% incline at the gym, then walking to recover HR. Would this be a good option for that?
The 7.0 AT would be a great option for that!
Great video. Thank you. Any review of the NordicTrack T Series 10 Treadmill?
We should have one soon!

I can’t get my speakers to work? I can’t play iTunes talk on the phone? What app? You said I had to connect through an app?
when you connect your Garmin to it, does it show speed, cadence etc?
The only thing the Garmin connection does is broadcast my heart rate to the treadmill. No information is sent from the treadmill to my watch, which is unfortunate because it is a feature I would love to have!
@@BestTreadmillReviews Does the peloton app get your heart rate data from your garmin?
@@Watervillle Yes!
what is ur thoughts on the yesoul treadmill ?
I haven't tried it, but looking at the specs, the running surface is pretty small, almost walking pad sized. The motor is much weaker than the 7.0 AT's. I'm skeptical of how good the screen can be at such a low price. I would be interested to try it out for myself if I get the chance. Sorry I can't offer more insight.
