The modding tools aren’t yet released to the public, but at least they could have released a beta for testing and experiencing how to mod stuff in advance of the final release.

Just a small tip: If you don’t have enough arrows to horsearcher a enemy party to death you can still enter the fight kill as many as you can then „leave“ the fight.... obviously you can’t escape and need to re-enter the fight again but you get all your arrows back and all the enemies you already killed stay dead
