What many people didn't know at the time was that Siobhan was very drunk when she filmed that part. Thing was that she arrived to the set way too early and to pass the time, she downed an entire bottle of vodka, which explains why she looks spaced out completely.

The song and the video are amazing. Yes, we need more of this. Good to see the two are back and what we saw and heard so far persuades me that they still are as powerful as back then, just they can make use of the last 25 years of experience in life.

Hawkins, Suzanne Vega, some Swing out sister, Mazzy star, Fionna apple, Sarah McLachlan,Martika in her kitchen, Belinda Carlisle. One of my favorites Jane wielding, Madonna, Bjork, ,Emiliana Torrini with her summer breaze, Cathy Dennis,,even some of those Spice girls. My favorite was Mel C and Victoria,posh and sporty spice

As a little kid I was terrified of Siobhan Fahey's character. Looking back decades later I can see how hot she was in a bad girl, crazy girlfriend kind of way. Love her eye roll at the end.

Ghost brought me here, Siobhan made me stay.
When I used to watch this music video in 2nd grade, I thought these two singers are actual sisters. And I assumed that the "angel of death" (Siobhan Fahey) was the older sister while the lead singer (Marcella Detroit) was the younger sister... oblivious to the fact that they're not sisters, and that Siobhan Fahey is actually almost 10 years younger than Marcy Detroit.
Also Marcella is of Italian ancestry whereas Siobhan's family was originally from Ireland, so they look very different without makeup. Mediterranean and Celtic.

Maybe that is why her acting is great. She must have felt released or free, like she did not have any blockade. It doesn't show on the video, I'd say.
