Rush has been my favorite band since 1980 I was 11. You have no idea how much I appreciate you covering these songs. I tried playing guitar 40 years ago because of them. Never followed through though. I can play a couple riffs ha. I do know what is going on though when I watch someone play. I am eternally grateful for your talent and sharing these awesome covers. I honestly will be watching these for years. You actually play these like Alex does and I so appreciate that. Keep it up! Such an overrated guitarist.

Loved seeing this live. March 1994 MSG NYC. 3rd row in front of the big A! The flames! Hot hot hot. And loved that part in the solo where he slides that pick up and up the neck till he goes over the pickups. (You forgot that part, but he pulled it off live) A fave of mine from that album.
Counterparts would have debuted at #1 if those pesky guys in Pearl Jam didn’t release their VS album the week before. Arrrrg
