Took this walk earlier today and loved it. Made me want to stucco my house and put faux plaster accents above and below the windows. Thank you for going there.
Thank you for letting me "walk" in Castelrotto. I keep this little village in my heart, since I used to go there with my parents when I was a child and there I started to love the Alps. By the way, Carabinieri are a part of the italian armed forces, but they mostly perform usual police duties. Sometimes, especially in small towns, you will find either Polizia or Carabinieri. They are not exactly the same, but, as a civilian, you can rely on both of them with little or not difference at all.

Henry, first a sincere “thanks” for your videos! Got into virtual rides during the pandemic with my exercise bike. After staying in Castelrotto last June and visiting Seceda with my wife and family, we added a treadmill to prep better for Italy (Seceda) 2.0. Found your walks while looking for virtual walks for the treadmill. Keep narrating. And thanks, despite staying in the Cavallino D’Oro right there in the square, we never saw the hill top you visited in your walk. Didn’t know it was there! Look forward to seeing it this June. Thanks for shedding light on options to see in the area.

Hi Tom, I haven’t really been following the World Cup. We’ve been playing catch-up after our trip. Those little towns do have something going for them. The winter is going well. Plenty of snow already. Hope yours is going well too. -H
