Today's video is a long one! I take you through my entire experience racing for Team Bridgestone at One Lap of America! This event is 9 days across 4000 miles, 7 states, tracks, and 17 events! We were supplied a Honda Civic FL5 Type R from Honda and got to race it for the event! This was one of the hardest, yet EPIC things i've ever done!

What an amazing trip! Glad you enjoyed it. And I'm happy to see you at least got a parade lap at Putnam Park. It's my home track :) I took my FL5 out there a few weeks ago and had an amazing time! It does so well at Putnam. Hope next time you're out there, you get to drive Putnam Park at track speed!

Had the privilege to do OneLap a couple years ago, highly rec for any racing enthusiast to do it once. It was one of the most fun but exhausting experiences i've ever had and probably will ever have. The comradery and sense of family is unbelievable.
High Plains is my home track, such a fun place to drive with the elevation changes…minus the wind lol

It's such a cool way for Bridgestone to have people test their tires, skid pad then drive and race then back to the skid pad to see how the tires held up.
These vids are awesome Dustin! I just put a deposit down on an FL5 and I am sad to let go of my FK8 after almost 6 years but excited for new adventures. The shirts look great too!
Awesome experience…and maybe I missed this but awesome to see that the fl5 didn’t experience overheating issues similar to the fk8 being stock.

47:10 Little Caesars works in a pinch, but it's not anything special. I'll never forget the time I went to a location and asked for a bacon pizza, the dude at the counter asks the guy in the kitchen if they even had any bacon. I had turned around to look out the front window at that moment, a second or two later he's like "here's your bacon pizza". Turns out all they had was that bacon bit stuff, no actual pieces of bacon. Still tasted fine for the price though.
I was hyped about seeing some east coast tracks, instead I only got Pitt Race. This was definitely a midwest event with one outlier that happens to be close to the start of the midwest.
My home state!!! Wish I wasn’t all the way in Indy 😭 would love to come support daddy dut!

T1 @ Hedge Hollow looks like a relatively low risk chuck it in and hope it sticks kind of turn.
I know why she picked Road American. That track has everything. It has elevation, highspeed corners and highspeed breaking. The track adapts to so many racing lines and driving styles. Staying consistent is very challenging. Finally, it has plenty of passing opportunities most of the track.
My grandpa is buried in Kearney. Crazy how close you are!
