I'm just wondering though, affiliate marketing for real estate properties 1) How would the developer and you agree that the sale was made becuase of you and not someone else (who also did affiliate or etc). Also it's unlikely smeone will check a website and invest 5mln straight away, so it's difficult to spot that you were the one who brought the lead? Just playing the devils advocate here :) (But that's because I'm interested)
REIT, in my opinion, would be the best option for those with a limited budget but would like to make some dough in the real estate! The typical dividend yield for many REIT stocks traded on TSX/NYSE has either performed on par with the index! However, taxable income is the downsides to REIT :(
Hey Ryan, I responded to Dan Jenkins above. Will do a more detailed vid in the future. There are no turnkey "programs" that I know of. We built them as we went. We contacted each company and asked them to do a test, sent a few leads, and usually continued as the quality was good. In 2008 when the bottom dropped out of the market we switched from real estate, but have recently been looking at it again as there is demand.

Great information, as usual, but I'd love to hear more about the affiliate marketing opportunities and how that works with high ticket items. What's the process, and how do you know when your lead has initiated a sale? It appears that the marketing tactics may be the same, but I'm obviously missing the business model. Thanks Dan, In the future I'll put together a more detailed vid. Basically when submittiing a lead you run them through your sales page form and then register with the company. We just set up an auto-responder so the company and us were notified. Most companies just want a lead and they follow up from there and give you a detailed reporting of where they are in the sales cycle and if/when they invest. There is an element of trust but companies want quality leads, so very seldom is there an issue with reporting or getting paid. Some companies want more than a warm inquiry, so you have to prequalify financially and bring them a bit closer to the finish line. We actually used to have an affiliate program at Franchise City with full reporting but there wasn't much interest so we abandoned it.

I personally feel we will see a big pullback this year so possibly moving away from specialty (datacenters/tech etc) and more towards healthcare or conservative residential. It is also possible we might see another huge year like 2019 again - so a cautious strategy might not pay off!
Whats the best investment for someone who works away from his home for 7 months ? because a seafarer/sailor wont be able to stay in his home as he works overseas for months please whats the best investment for those type of people
We spend many hours with clients determining the "best" franchise. is there internet access? What is the exit strategy? how many hours available? How flexible is schedule? Is there sales availability? Business background. No simple answer unfortunately which is why we provide free consulting to buyers.
