Kesh thank you so much for sharing man! I genuinely relate so much to this, I'm 30, just married, just moved, I'm an Animator fulltime but the industry this past year as well as I think hitting 30 has got me reflecting on who I am, my 'lazy' habits too (more than 30 hours on YT a week 😅) I get the job done but am also not currently feeling that disciplined so might have to check out the 75 hard. I'm also looking to drastically change and move away from Animation and more into web design (I draw as a hobby), sharing this as it's a big scary change into the unknown but taking those leaps and big changes is where we grow the most :)

    Kesh,
It is wonderful to see such a candid video from you! It's so real!
Why don't you try Inner Engineering by Isha? Life made a lot of sense after that. Feels wholesome!
Sharing this because I have benefitted immensely from your videos and drawing program. I am able to draw, never thought I would.
This is my way of giving back😊

As long as I've been following you, you've loved following all sorts of new trends that emerge over time, whether it's paretto, practices borrowed from agile methods or neuro myths. Most of these methods only serve to make money and have never proved their effectiveness. But they are not dangerous.
But for once, I am obliged to add a comment, because you put forward a racist, violent and misogynist man. What's more, his ‘75 hard’ method is considered dangerous by sports doctors. For example, on the amount of water to be consumed and the absence of meals.
There are people who follow you, but you're not a doctor and even less of an expert on these subjects. We're following you for the drawing, so get back on track, improve your drawing course and create feedback loops. Because it's full of comments to which you've never taken the time to respond, or even tried to improve it, which is perhaps what you should be doing during these 75 days. It's probably one of the best design courses out there. It's a shame to waste your time and, above all, to lead your audience into subjects that are dangerous to their health.

Thanks for bringing these up buddy. Here's my take.
First, My wife is a doctor (Physiotherapist) and I've been given a clear 'go ahead' to do this.
Plus - I'm not encouraging anyone to do this. I'm simple sharing what I'm doing(can you point to a section in the video if I had accidentally done that, I'll be happy to add a correction)
Second, I don't have to agree with Andy in order to his program. And I've never heard such claims being made against him. Can you point to any objective reference where he has said things that proves the point you've made? Becaise those are some big claims youve made there. I'm open to learning more.
Third, you are very right. I have no medical experience and I've always maintained that don't take take medical advice from random strangers on the internet. Especially an artist. But I'm entitled to my opinions
I consider the program to be personally, Easy. Walking for 2x45 min sessions and drinking a gallon of water is not necessarily "dangerous" in my opinion framed based on evidence.
The general scientific concensus is that - a person is consider sedentary if their step count is less than 5000 steps (thats 50mins of Walking) and somewhat active if they have 7500-9999 steps(100mins of walking).
The program recommendation of 2x45min workouts(which includes yoga, stretching and walking) may not be for everyone, but to label it dangerous is laughable (and not scientific)
(I'm attaching a research paper used by doctors in clinical pracitce in the end, to back my claims)
On water - Mayo clinic recommends a gallon for men and 2.7l for women. In that case, its advisable to listen to your own body. As a 6,1 man weighing 176lbs, I think I'll be fine.
I understand the "hard" mentality may not be for everyone but I find depth in the philosophy.
About drawing camp, you are absolutely right to create feedback loops and improve the program.
But there are very many logistical nightmares that I'm was not able to figure out for long, from a business stand point to do it fast.
The program has taken 2 years and around $50k+ to produce. It's very hard to make changes 'fast' without breaking the entire program. Then again, we've figured out a solution (took almost a year) and we are implementing it in 6 months or so.
After which you can expect a better and a higher quality program :)
P.s can you email me at kesh@keshart.in with your improvements on the program, I'd love to work with folks to make the program better.
