@@GoodGolfCoaching it’s moving in the right direction. Your latest driver drill is working for me. Along with the feeling of just letting my trail arm naturally drop during the transition and turn, I’m hitting my driver better and getting more launch and distance. I played Wednesday and shot a 73. I’m a 4 handicap and feel that my driver is holding me back, but it looks like your driver drill is really helping. Thanks so much. Cheers.

Stu, do you know what kind of mat you're using in the studio? I want to purchase a new mat that will allow me to strike irons similar to how i would off turf. Thanks!

Thanks Stu really interesting. So everything being equal, the optimum club head speed would be married with the club loft. Wedge = 80 mph, I assume 56 would be lower speed, 9 iron faster? Is there a matrix if you like of club loft and club head speed to get the ball to stop.

Absolutely Martin - and you could almost get a uniform amount of spin through the bag for each club. As for a matrix, remember, ultimately it’s down to green receptiveness. Therefore, more receptive less importance on LA, less receptive more LA. Hope that makes sense.
