+Pat Gro Not a West Ham United fan but they deliberately put out a weakened team in that game. They didn't bottle it. They were merely just prioritizing a difficult game against Arsenal at the Emirates just 3 days after that game (which they won 2-0) so Slaven Bilic's decision was justified.

there were hundreds of palace or United fans that weren't able to go to this match because other fans wanted to watch football, if i was a Crystal palace /United can, would I like to know that I couldn't go to watch my team at Wembley because other (non palace/united) fans watched it, stupid

can someone tell me why does this man utd win makes west ham in europe?
basically, man utd had a last available place in the BPL for Europe. Therefore, West Ham were not going. However, the winner of the FA Cup automatically is entered into Europe. Therefore, there is one more space in the BPL for a team to go to Europe, West Ham's space now

+smart name There are 3 spots for europa league in PL. 1 for finishing 5th, 1 for capital one cup winner and 1 for FA cup winner. As Manchester United won the fa cup and finished 5th both, the spot gets transferred to the 6th place (southampton). Manchester city won capital one cup but they are in champions league so the 7th place gets their europa league spot. (west ham).

Doubt many will care but I was bored earlier so I watched the FA vase final, I know it's for small clubs but it was VERY entertaining. The Morpeth town came back from 1-0 down to win 4-1 against HEAVY favourites Hereford. The winner was scored by a 45-year-old who has come out of retirement twice and had FOUR heart operations and also has a pin in his foot. He also won Man of the match. All the Hereford fans and players stayed for the celebrations to congratulate them. It was brilliant. The standard may be low, but the entertainment level is sky high.
