    Mutton Malai Handi is a delightful and flavorful dish that’s popular in North India and Pakistan. It’s traditionally cooked in a special clay pot called a Handi, but you can also prepare it in a regular pan. Here’s how you can make it:
    Mutton Malai handi Ingredients & Process:
    Oil : 1/3 cup
    Cardamom: 2-3,Cinnamon: 1,Black pepper: 6-7,Cloves: 5-6,Bay leaf: 1
    Onion : 2 medium size
    Mutton : 500 gram
    Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
    Salt : 1 tsp
    Water : 2 cup
    Now cover it and cook it in pressure cooker for 12 to 15 minutes
    Nestle MilkPak Yogurt : 1 cup
    Cashew nuts paste: 13 nuts
    Green chili paste : 1 tbsp
    Yogurt mixture
    White chili : 1 tsp
    Coriander powder : 1 tsp
    Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
    Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
    Fenugreek : 1 tbsp
    Salt : 1/2 tsp
    Now cover it and cook it on low medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes
    Garam masala powder : 1/4 tsp
    Nestle MilkPak Dairy Cream : 4 tbsp
