I had the urge to go back to Yakuza 0 even though I have yet to finish Kiwami 2 onward, this is a great way to relive the experience spending less time and with zero effort, thanks a lot! For anyone watching this without having played the game though, do yourself a favour and go grab a copy of Yakuza 0

The scene where Goro saves Makoto only to weigh whether to kill her or not sold me on the fact that the game's direction and writing are absolutely brilliant. From that moment I knew that the series is in capable hands and I wil enjoy it thoroughly.
spoilers: The way Awano and Shibusawa play Kuze like a fiddle has to be admired; Kuze attempts to have Kiryu killed by declaring him a civilian and thus fair game to be bumped off. Dojima learns of this from Kuze's two "loyal" brothers and is less than pleased - thus, Kuze is forced to sever his own pinky while his fellow lieutenants watch.
i am at 6 hours and i was planning to watch the whole game but the way they keep cliffhanging majima and kiryu i have no choice to now how you gonna have some random kill sagawa then knock out majima and call it a chapter 😭
