Pulley is mounted to high on other end, it may be lifting your saw when winching, just a suggestion. Id mount it low to keep from wanting to lift. Good vid

Great video and the only way to go with everything is from Ganberg

I had the same e chain chatter in my first cuts with ripping chain. Sharpening the chain did the trick. How about for you?

I switched chains and haven’t had a chance to get back on another sawmill project yet, will sharpen both before I start, it’s some nice walnut logs

I saw another You Tuber stack 4-5 pallets on each end of the tree and used a tractor to lift it up off the ground. I notice you have a ton of pallets in the background, so you're good to go.

What saw were you using with it? If you said, I missed it.

@@WilliamsonRidge well, Paul, I just dropped $1509 for one while ago. That’s going to equate to a whole lot of firewood for me to sell! The reason I got it was I do have some larger sections to cut up, but I mainly wanted it to also serve running an Alaskan Mill.

It’s a great all around saw has lots of power, is lighter than most in its class, I’m very happy with mine.
