When I launched Forged In The Backcountry I gave away a guided bear hunt with Primitive Outfitting. Part of the prize was that I would also buy a hunt and film the winner’s hunt. Cody was the lucky Forged customer that won that hunt. We just spent a week together in Northern B.C. chasing black bears with our guide Gary and had an absolute blast. Great vid as usual…almost felt like we were there with you and Cody. As for next hunt like this, my vote is for elk. I would love to win such a hunt, but odds of that are relatively low….but even more valuable would be insight into good elk outfitters in BC/AB where you can get a feel for the hunt and experiences they offer and thus be in a position to book a quality elk hunt down the road.
