A similar case happened with my freind's dad he was in the 1 para sf as a soldier he got leg injury in an accident because of which he was unfit for service in a nutshell he took retirement and now he works as a gunman in a bank.
@@deshbhakt992 i think people need to made aware of the whole private military contracting industry it exists outside india but they recruit people with basic military backgrounds sometimes even law enforcement backgrounds, in india people see moving abroad as a big decision and arent aware of this industry as whole because gun culture or related combat tactics and stuff is not a frequently discussed topic here

Primarily because SF soldiers are being led by PARA Airborne Generals. SF is not being provided with good equipment and exposure like Western counterparts/European counterparts. Airborne battalions have now been converted to SF and are sucking dry the funds, equipment and resources of real SF battalions like 9, 10, 1, 4 21, 2, 3 etc. The 2nd reason is pressure from wives(family issues) because of field deployments etc.
You are not alone there are 1000's complaining that the system has long been compromised. An audit will reveal. Sadly all institutions have been compromised by ambitious GOVERNMENTs and their cadre organisations. This and other stories expose the system in India to the world. Very sad and unfortunate. Institutions take time and sacrifice to build. And some entitled lot bring in their ideology and ruin everything. Very sad state of affairs. Please take your care to all retired generals with all grievances.

Physiotherapy is very powerful, army should have really hardcore unit of Physiotherapists and PMR doctors. All at the rank of officers..
