I played the game and the only soundtrack I remembered that had lyrics was the main OST which is Savior, and it's in English

Hi, this is the Japanese version, is it compatible with the US NTSC system? Does the game come with subtitles in Spanish?

Switch is region-free so I don't think there would be any problems if games are used on a US-bought model. As for subtitles, Spanish is supported based on the e-Shop details so yes there would be Spanish subtitles. Mine just automatically used my system language which is English
