- Maggie thinks she is pregnant so Fran takes her to the gynecologist.
From Season 6 Episode 6, 'I'm Pregnant'. Fran, Sylvia, and Yetta walk in on Maggie and Michael in bed together. Maxwell also walks in and he orders Michael to leave. Maggie tells Fran that she thinks she's pregnant! Fran goes to great lengths to hide this from Maxwell.

Best gynecologist ever. Warm instruments are considerate.
I had to have a mammogram and sonogram done several months ago and the gel used was warm instead of cold and it made all the difference in the world

Warm instruments would be nice but I’m pretty sure heat makes bacteria spread whereas cold kills most.. it’s been awhile since I’ve looked into it but I’m pretty sure it still hold true
And casually breaking doctor-patient confidentiality.

I don't ask for fancy rooms, silk or cookies during my obgyn appointments, but if doctors could be as warm as this woman I would go more often.

This didn't scream "New Age" to me as much as it did "gyno-spa," like the type of place where the rich can be pampered while they're being doctored. My sis and I grew up with this show, and she was so disappointed that real gynos aren't like this.

No father wants their daughter to get pregnant, not even if they are married. Fathers tend to think their daughters are virgins even after marriage.

I always found the ending of this scene to be so sweet, but it's always sort of undercut by the next scene, where Fran tries to tell Max she might be pregnant, but is heartbroken when he tells her first that he doesn't want anymore children. Her reaction always makes me tear up. 😢

The actress who plays Dr. Reynolds was on the show before as Maggie's stern teacher, where Fran had detention because she stole a sweater from her :-) the contrast couldn't be clearer!

I would've loved a Gynecologist like this one, who even warms up her instruments. Silk sheets on those uncomfortable exam tables, silk exam gowns ( wonder if they show your bum LOL), homemade cookies, and wine 🍷, I'd be booking myself every other day, and twice on Friday! LOL 😆 🤣 😂
