    Ingredients:

    คิดถึงข้าวผัดก้นกระทะน้ำมันหมู ใส่กะปิ หรือน้ำพริกกะปิก้นถ้วยลงไป ผัดเร็วๆ ร้อนๆ ให้หอม แล้วโรยด้วยกากหมูครับ

      @thuraminn2599. Start by cutting it into thin strips and then take a few strips together and cut into smaller pieces. Alternatively, can start by cutting it into halves and then halves and halves again until you are happy with the size. Happy cooking 😀

      Hi lova368. It's help to reduce the oil splatter. Frying pork with skin tend to splatter a lot. 😀😀

      Try using a non stick pan
