- 13.2.7 "Coastal Artillery located at narrow crossings may fire at each Enemy Surface Ship at “3” that passes through the narrow crossing (up to a maximum of three shots per Player Turn). This also includes when scrambling out of a naval facility (refer to 10.4) or going in port (refer to 11.5)."
Does this assume that the strait hasn't been closed? If closed, then GB would shoot at all surface ships, and not be limited to only three (per 1.8), right?
These are two different things. Imagine if the coastal gun did not exist. Let's say the Italians move naval units from sea zone M2 to sea zone A44, every surface ship would face a shot at "3", per 1.8 exactly as you say. Note the sentence in 1.8, "This is in addition to any Coastal Artillery at the narrow crossing the Defending player may have." What I was laying out here with this short video is how to determine that you are crossing a narrow crossing where there is a coastal artillery. Does that make sense? You would get an extra three shots at 3!
where did you get those airfield towers? Thanks love ur global war content
Yeah, I absolutely love these particular airbase sculpts! I found them at Combat Miniatures. Search for "Airport Towers" and you will find them!
