Hello lovely! I’m so glad to hear you are happy with the new highlighters! I ordered three of the highlighters:17,21, and 201 from beautygypsey as well. I don’t have them yet-they should be here by Tuesday. She is my Japanese connection and I feel so fortunate to have her. (Now you need to try Elegance, ADDICTION, Lunasol, Kanebo, Decorte, Amplitude, POLA, THREE, 😉) Regarding the serum: Clé De Peau uses it after you cleanse.Then, they do toner, etc. I have used it for three years now and I think it’s special when one uses it as the brand recommends. It works for me;but skincare is just as individualized as fingerprints. Thank you for such an in-depth review. ✨xx
Angela, I love the CDP luminizers! I have two of the originals and I purchased Sunset Brilliance a darker highlighter but have not received it yet. They look beautiful on you and on your eyes! I will have to try them on my eyes. Thank you for reviewing and showing the various highlight shades. 😊❤️
Thank you for your analysis in this video! Love the way you look with new and old Cle De Peau highlighters. I purchased 201, 203 and the new lipstick 113 days ago. I will try them tomorrow with Blush #4. I believe that I will love it, especially after watching this video.
Forget to mention Le Serum. Love it! I apply it before all Sisley skin care. Every morning when I look at the mirror I feel my skin is more pumped, smooth and young. I just finished the first bottle.
I purchased the highlighter 201 as well but mine is in shipping. I can't wait to get my hand on it and test it out. I really love the shade 202 on your skin, and I think I'll consider it for my next purchase since I have a yellow undertone and it will probably look more natural on me. I love all the new highlighters. I Have 118, will probably buy the new gold. I’ve been using the Cle de peu blushes for years, love them. Buy the way, your nails always look gorgeous.
Hi Angela: Thank you for featuring the serum and the two highlighters (and the Chanel foundation is really gorgeous). Among the three highlighters, thee one I prefer is 201 - my second choice is 18, which is indeed very natural and ideal for a subtle makeup look. I need to see if they are available n Canada. Both look great on you dear Angela! 😘 I got the orange pink after you said that those glitters are an overspray and not inside the powder. I really love it. It’s similar to Burberry highlights in terms of the natural look. 🌺
The highlighters are gorgeous and if you like the glow from within look, it would be worth the splurge. 👍🏻 🤩 I tried the Cle de Peau serum that you used and it is a good serum, but I would purchase it when it goes on sale. It is a light serum suitable before makeup and it does have a cooling effect. I don’t think it is extra hydrating or does something special. There is nothing wrong, but not that unique also. Of course, it is totally up to your personal preference at the end of the day. The highlighters looked great on you, Angela! 😍Thank you, thank you for sharing! I bought the lavender, no. 17 when you first tried the 18. I bought it because of how gorgeous it was on you. My pale skin has much more pink/red in it than your skin. I love the new ones but I’m so happy i chose to buy it from your recommendation because I hear they’re going to discontinue it. I’m so happy you convinced me then. That is why I watch you all the time. 🥰
Beautiful highlighters! I want one but can’t decide on the shade. I have the Chanel Camelia and Hermes Permabrass. I want a cooler highlighter, so considering 201.

Hello Angela. I have to say that I adore the Cle de Peau highlighters. I have four plus No17 which is and old one. You know that C de P is my favorite foundation ( of course I love all Chanel foundations). I am a cream blush rather than a powder one and Cle de Peau are my favorites. Was watching this video back, beautiful!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩Sometimes i think of purchasing such a highlighter but we don't have the brand in The Netherlands. And i'm still not sure which colour, maybe the 18, that one is subtle without glitters, as you said. Maybe i wait until i see this one again online. I would love to get/understand the hype, but finding a matching shade is quite a puzzle, it seems. I can be a light medium in summer but in winter i'm light, not fair like you, but light, with warm and cool undertones, most cool, khaki green eyes, brown hair with highlights, shoulder long. I want them all ❤️ I jist purchased the clea de peau beau "The foundation", and it is absolutely fantasric!!fantastic!!!! It's t full coverage, and its very pricey, but it's so amazing on the skin, especially good for summer. I want to try one of these face illuminates as well as the veil primer fluid.

Which one would be best for light skin with rosey undertones?
I would suggest trying the serum with your favorite SPF. As a rule of thumb (for me), if a product doesn't work with my favorite SPF it doesn't work for me!
These highlighters are stunning. And I love that IG account. Great swatches that really help me thoughtfully choose my beauty purchases.
Hello Sara :) You're absolutely right about the SPF. I should try the other sample with my SPF. I think for now I will use up my current serums but I'm intrigued by this one. Hi Angela, thank you so much for your great videos. After listening to this video, I decided to buy 4 CDP highlighters and just received them. The CDP highlighter no 18 was produced back in September 2018. I checked it by verifying the batch code on the Check fresh website. Would you recommend I return it?
Hi Sue, Powders usually last up to 5 years if unopened and stored correctly (i.e. kept away from moisture). Smell the highlighter. If doesn't have a bad scent then it's still ok to be used. Powders usually start to smell a bit funny when they are not good. However, it is a 4 year old powder so if I were you I would return it just to be on the safe side. If you decide to use then make sure to declutter it in one year. xoxo
