The processor fan of my PC isn't working and when I tried starting my PC it was working for few minutes and then suddenly when off, this happened for few times and now it's only showing Input Signal not found

A non-working processor (CPU) fan results in rapid overheating of the CPU. Modern CPUs have safeguards to shut the system down when temperatures reach unsafe levels.
But the message you are getting now is because the monitor isn't receiving any signal from the PC.
So first, disconnect Power and then Open your PC's case.
      Now check the following:
      1) Is the CPU fan completely stationary when you try to power on the PC?
      2) Are there loose cables or connections near the CPU fan, CPU power connectors, or motherboard?
      3) Any signs of dust build-up inside the case, especially around the fan?
So first off all, make sure the CPU fan is working (replace it if it's not working), then clean the RAM and it's slot, reset the prossessor and the BIOS (as I showed in the video)
If nothing works, you have to figure out yourself what the actual issue is. may be send it to a repair man...
