I receive no error whatsoever, I plug it in using USB, it makes the famous sound that something is plugged in, when I check the device manager, it's marked as Unknown device with a yellow flag. I tried Windows update and it didn't help. In "control panel" under "devices and printers" menu, it shows as c4200 series, but not working.
