Lol. I agree with him, though. Wind Through The Keyhole is a breath of fresh air after the comparatively lackluster final two DT books. It’s actually one of my personal favorites in the series. It’s a really enjoyable bonus book.
I freaking loved Cell and Duma Key. Watching this has made me realize how desperately I need to re read some of his books... especially those I read in my teenage years. I missed a lot back then.
My taste in The Dark Tower seems to be the complete opposite to this: 1) Drawing of the Three 2) Dark Tower VII 3) The Wastelands 4) The Gunslinger 5) Wolves of the Calla 6) Song of Susannah 7) Wizard and Glass
Totally concur with an “S” rating for 11/22/63. It’s one of my favorite SK books of all time. I love the in depth time travel theme and SK obviously did his research on this one. Also the book he mentioned at the end “Time and Again” is a great read. I’m really enjoying your channel a lot 👍
I came to this series late, but I’m really enjoying it. We’ve had some serious disagreements (especially on Christine, The Drawing Of The Three and Bag Of Bones) but you putting 11/22/63 in “S” tier made all right with the world. Such a incredible book 😃
I love the fact that Duma Key got an A. This story has something profoundly beautiful in it. Maybe it’s about the Florida setting? I also think that Cell deserves more attention. Sure it’s more of a light, one-day read, but I think the book is really well written. Glad you gave it an A
Under the Dome has a great ending. I must be the only one who says it. but SPOILERS.... the notion of a capricious super powerful intelligent child playing with the town and its people the way a child plays with lego; is very interesting and frightening. Under the Dome is an A.
Hello fellow Stephen King fans! In the last two months I finished my first two SK novels. First I read the expanded version of 'The Stand' and then one of his newer books 'The Institute'. I really enjoyed both and have quickly realized that I'm a big fan of his writing style. My question is naturally...... what should I read next? I'm leaning towards starting into the 'The Dark Tower' series but am also hearing good things about 'Dead Zone'. What's your can't miss, SK suggestion? Thanks!!!

Agree 100% that Doctor Sleep is better than the Shining. That was my favorite movie of the last few years, this Halloween I had some friends over and tried to do a double feature with some friends Shining and Doctor sleep. Only a couple lasted both movies. HA
Thanks for the recommendation on "Joyland" I want to read it now. After watching "Doctor Sleep", I order the novel, should be here tomorrow. I've been avoiding, because I always see book sequels this far out as fan service, but I loved the movie, and hated (like most people who read the Shining book first first the Kubrick film). Does it go more into the True Knot? I know there are talks about a prequel and one focusing on Dick, but I'll love to see a True Knot movie.
I LOVE you guys. But I dunno If you noticed that you didn’t say the title of “under the dome” till the very end... I was listening while driving on the edge of my seat going... “what book?! What book?! What book??!!??” Drove me nuts.
Didn’t really care for the take on Under the Dome. I have been listening to the audiobook while reading to help with keeping engaged and although long( some stuff could have been trimmed, I’ll admit) I think the book is great. Throughout the second half of the book, I have been hooked. So many wtf moments where I’m just screaming in my head at how stupid the people of Chester’s Mill are. Really enjoyed.
Duma Key is fucking awesome,it deserves a tv series!! Under the Dome tv season was mainly ridiculous. The book i really enjoyed except yes it was bloated and took awhile to read.

i sadly agree with dark tower 7; king just rushed this book and it didnt turn out well. is it bad? no. its just not what it could have been. its unfortunate that this is what we got but oh well. Did King ever talk about it and how a lot of people don't like 6 & 7?
