@ aww man, well that’s okay, let me know how it goes! I also have Facebook, instagram, and a few other platform linked to my RUclips, maybe you could try on those
Love these, I've done a few myself. Good tutorial. :) I've never sewn the pocket shut though! If I don't want to keep the pocket, I seam rip it off -- otherwise I keep the pocket, even if it's narrow.
@@jacquelinerobert3648 Hi and sure! It basically just prevents the threads from falling out of the machine or getting wonky when you sew. I usually notice it the most right after I thread my machine. It takes a few rows of stitches to get it sewing normally so I will test it first on the scrap piece instead of my project. It could just be my machine but I like to use it to keep track of the loose threads. I sew onto it before and after everything I sew.
I don't remember how I was doing it in this video😅 but right now I have three boxes and these are the categories: Big scraps (for using in Upcycles), backing and t-shirts (backing is usually stained pieces I don't want on the outside and I use t-shirts for pants pockets), and then alternative fabric (tapestry, flannel, etc.)
Excellent instructions. I am ready to try this for the younger members in my family.
Thank you for this wonderful idea.
Turned out very cute, but I don't believe this is beginner friendly! 😁👍
I don’t think it is either
you do an excellent tutorial! Very clear instructions and not a lot of excessive chatter, thank you
Really cute and different. Gotta try it now that cooler weather is upon us!
Excellent instructions. Thank you.
I can’t wait to try this!!!Your tutorial is excellent ❤ just what I was looking for. Thank you 👋🏼👍🏼
Great video for beginners! I am going to try this tomorrow.
Too cute, I think I will do this but crop it and add a couple of ruffles
That will be so cute!!! If you can send me pictures, I don’t know if you can do that on RUclips 😅😂
@katelynd_hc not unless I do a video of it however I don't have enough Internet here out in the country.

This is a pretty cool project. It definitely gives some retro-1990s grunge vibes. I like it! Well done!
Thank you so much!! I’m glad you liked it😁
This looks so cute. I want to make one!

Super cute.
Hello,
Can you explain how you use that pink piece of fabric for the ends of threads, please?

Thank you for your answer.
How do you sort your scrap boxes?

It seems very wide. Is it supposed to be oversized?
@@linkay6 it’s not for me I made it to sell on my website! You can make it however big or mall you like
