LATAM Business Class: JFK-NYC to Lima, Peru

LATAM is considered to be South America's premiere air carrier, an air carrier that was formed when LAN-Chile and TAM-Brasil merged, it has two flagship centers (Santiago and Sao Paulo). If you are traveling to South America, LATAM will likely be a flight option as they also fly to all major South American cities. Is LATAM worth it!?
This is an honest review of LATAM Flight 2691 in Business Class from JFK-New York City to Lima, Peru. I go into the check-in experience at JFK Terminal 4 (not so good) and detail the inflight experience (really good). There are apparently different configurations to the 767's. This wide body had a 1-2-1 configuration. I also go into detail about the inflight service, amenities, and overall business-class experience.
