I never get the feeling that you would ever take anything from these homes, just observe, comment on what you see, and film. It’s creepy that there were so many false teeth left behind-as well as dolls. Very interesting and very entertaining to watch

brilliant explore mark,i lived in france for 13 years and would go back in a minute.lots of abandoned homes where the families could not agree about who got what share of the house so was left to rot very sad x

Such gorgeous furniture left there! I would definitely live in a house like that in a heartbeat! The fireplaces were fantastic! I really loved the postcard collection! I would love to have have that collection too! The spiral staircase was beautiful. Why do people have to vandalize?! Perfume bottles like that were popular in the 70s. They came in all sorts of things. My dad had vintage car ones. I thought the doll looked shocked too!😂

Hi Mark we live in France and find this a lot when houses have been left. It is usually due to inheritance, the french have large families and when the kids inherit and can't come to an agreement on houses, land etc they get left until such time the notaries step in or the government. This can take decades especially if there are debts or taxes to pay, such a shame. Next time your in France you are welcome to look us up;)
