The design and workmanship of these new blitz BCE pieces is outstanding. I have ordered a set in yellow and black. I think the set seen in the video above may be the set printed for me. I have admired the BCE design for years, but now they are within my budget. I'm looking forward to playing with my friends and children with these.
Very nice, if they 3D printed are available - can you make them to size, eg I have.a travel board that has 3cm square, so would definitely be interested in a scaled down set. Think I may have to save some pennies for the full size set. They look beautiful.
Jonas Žnidaršič thanks - will drop you a mail (use address in another rely ) in the morning (UK time). Not too worried about the weights, this is for a travel set. Thanks.
Hi all, I've recently purchased this set in silky blue / red colors and I'm 100% satisfied from the quality of the pieces. You can check it out here; www.chess.com/forum/view/chess-equipment/best-chessmen-ever-stage-1-blitz-set?page=1#comment-46668900 There's not really much more to say than what Jonas, aka Izmet Fekali of bestchessmenever.com/, has already explained in his post: www.chess.com/forum/view/chess-equipment/new-bce-blitz-prototype-colors For me, it was the design that won me over. But it's one thing judging from a picture or a video - and another thing actually holding these chessmen. They weight roughly 900gr, yet they are perfectly balanced and hard to tip over, which makes them the perfect travelling kit, especially for Blitz! Regarding the texture, don't expect the familiar smooth finish of molded plastic sets. Imagine very thin concentric circles covering the piece, and the occasional stitch at the back with overall a subtle glossy look. Now, I don't have a Masters in aesthetics and I'm not an art critic, but to me those chessmen look very attractive. I particularly love the fatness of the rooks and the slim figure of the knights. However, a couple of my friends who I played with commented positively on the tall posture of the pawns and the reverse color cap on the bishops. The King & Queen are imposing and plain looking (eastern style), but very futuristic no less. Perhaps I have exaggerating with my remarks, but that's only because I loved the pieces so much. In any case, chess is more than a game. It is also a materialistic fetish. So if you enjoy having quality pieces to satisfy your kink , and if you find satisfaction in affordable elegance, I would highly recommend the BCE Stage 1 Eastern Blitz set. Worth pointing out that the package arrived from Slovenia to the UK in less than a week. Jonas has asked me what color combination I would go for the pieces and for the felts. Personally, I plan to purchase the 4-piece magnetic chessboard (as seen on this channel), and maybe one day to get a wooden or Kerrock, DGT enabled, set. I own a DGT Smartboard so it would be a nice improvement to the DGT Plastic pieces. Please do not assume any relationship between me and the creator(s) of these chessmen. I'm only expressing my positive experience as a consumer and I am not a vendor of chess equipment. This is the personal opinion of a chess amateur.

I would die to own any of your chess sets how ever I'm too poor. But I'll keep dreaming great work on the improvements

I am planning on buying the Stage 1 Blitz set. Do you have more videos of the Western version? Natural.
Wow...i like this dedign
Your site has NO listed prices!?! /smh
I’m trying to order BCE set but the website is so confusing. Stage1, stage2 and stage 3. Western and Eastern. Not so clear which one is which. :(

I can scale them to any size, but not the weights. I can print them without if you can figure out how to fill the holes yourself.
