- Dr. Mufti Yasir Nadeem, aka Mufti Yasir Nadeem al Wajidi is the director of Darul Uloom Online, a lead teacher of the Institute of Islamic Education Elgin IL. USA and Jamiatul Hasnain Indiana USA. He is a writer, a public speaker and a strong voice for the rights of minorities in India. He is the host of an online talk show, Surgical Strike. He is also the deputy chairman of an Islamic research journal, Islamic Literature Review.
He graduated from Darul Uloom Deoband in the year 2001. He also completed a one year course in the Arabic Language and Literature in 2002, and followed that with a one year Ifta (Legal Verdicts) course in 2003. In 2004, he moved to the United States of America (USA) to earn a postgraduate degree in Arabic literature in 2005. In 2012, he completed his Ph.D. at the International Islamic University, Malaysia and his area of specialization was the Prophetic Sciences.
He authored a best seller in 2004, Globalization and Islam. In 2014, he authored an Urdu book, Tarikh e Tajdeed e Deen and a trilingual dictionary, al Qamus al Asri.

Gamidi sahb has provided the greatest foundation to Muslims against atheism.. i myself bear testimony to this. Few years ago, i had developed apprehensions about Islam due to scientific facts and it was Gamidi sahb, through which Allah alleviated my fears and solved my questions..hence, to say that Gamidi sahb is facilitating liberalism or atheism, is an absurd argument against Gamidi sahb..
He constantly diluting the orthodox teaching of islam such as rajam. Rejects hadith based on his desires such as hadith of ayesha. Many other reasons as well.
I also heard ghamadi saheb some of his point is not good. He says Christmas ki badhai dene me koi harz nahi or aisi kahi bate hai jo wrong hai

More i listen to criticism of ghamidi sahab more it convinces me he is right. Most critics have not understood his points including wajdi sahab. I can only imagine this is because they don't want to invest time and effort to study his point of view.
As per Ghamidi sahab school theft is an external action, therefore calling some one a thief would be based on his external action. Similarly zina is an external action hence the label zani is based on what can be be established by evidence (4 witnesses). However someone's belief is not an external action rather it is in his heart which no one can establish for sure except if the person declares so. Therefore calling some one kafir requires knowledge of his heart (unless he declares it himself with his tongue). What we are interpreting as kufr may be because of a genuine misunderstanding or confusion. We should make taweel unless we gain telepathic abilities which is not possible. Hence we should engage with the person and try to correct their mistakes and leave the judgement to Allah.

In my opinion, Mufti Sahib was not right to make a video so quickly, Javed Ahmad Ghamidi's every thought should be presented in depth.( Because it was the demand of the time and it is a matter involved in a fitnah)
