Thanks for this review, my daughters wanting a scooter for her 5th birthday/Christmas. Bonus that it lights up and it’s purple 👍

Does your handlebars wiggle forward and back as well? I just bought this for my daughter and am not sure if it’s a defect.

Yes they do a bit actually. Not a massive amount but they are a bit wobbly

I know you're reviewing the maxi, AND that the review was quite some time ago, but I'm choosing between the Mini micro scooter and mini micro FOLDABLE scooter.... We had the non-foldable, but we "donated" it to an unknown lucky finder at the park. Now I am in the market for a replacement. Should I go with what we had? Or try the foldable version? How durable is the folding joint for heavy use by a boy (he's a bit of a bruiser)? If I could have both to try for free like you got yours free, that would be so cool! Wink wink haha

Bought one and noticed irrtiating rattling noise from the steering stick. Do you experience the same?

What you recommend I buy my 4 year old buy the maxi or mini. It's his 4th birthday in a thew weeks and he loves 3 wheeled scooters so I want to get him a good one. I would say he's an average sized 4 year old

Hi, my daughter who is road testing the scooter in the video is 4 and it's fine for her. I would recommend the Maxi as you will find the Mini is fine for a year or so from age 4 but then will be a bit too small x

This scooter has the folding feature and the LED lights in the wheels. It's also built to last a child for 7 years which is pretty good value I think. But Micro Scooters does have cheaper models which are just as sturdy and reliable.

If you want a cheaply made scooter, go to Walmart and get something very “basic.” May not
Last long, but hey you can replace it every year if you wanna risk it.
