    I am a chef and when I fly, I always stay away from steaks and grilled meat because, when they cook meat at catering factory, they must chill it to safety temperature (below4) after it’s cooked and by the time meat is chilled, they lose all the moisture and juice in meat and it’s pretty much impossible to keep meat juicy and tender. I can see that steak doesn’t have juice and moisture in this video too.
    I always recommend slow cooked meat like stew and ragu as they are more suitable to go through that process and maintain quality.

      Im basically going on very similar trip to Korea soon, but my transit in Singapore is only 2 hr, how long is your transit ? Any other video in Korea / going back from Korea?

      ​@Dodoo My transit was 8 hours. Lol. Because I wanted to spend as long as I could in the lounge. I did not put vids I took in Korea / coming back on RUclips. Had some in my tiktok (@6pairsofpaws) but not a lot. Feel free to dm there if you want to ask anything. We also drove in South Korea. Have fun planning & going on that trip!
