    Only in America do we get chances to absolve ourselves of actual responsibility.. how in the heck is this the elevators fault? MOM TAKE RESPONSIBILITY...

    • @dortiz92
      @dortiz92 8 дней назад +1

      While it is the moms fault no door gaps should be wider that .375, it could be the company or the state inspector at fault. That thing should not have been released to the public like that

    So it's the elevator company's fault that you don't tell your kids to stay away from moving doors?

      The problem is that the elevator had a wide gap. No elevator is supposed to have a gap that wide. It should only be wide enough for a paper to fit in, not a child's arm.

    I'm glad the girl is ok but how is it anyone else's fault for the parents not telling their kids not to touch moving parts. So lemme touch a hot stove top and then sue whirlpool for getting burned. I really cannot believe that there has to be an announcement not to touch moving equipment.

      The lawyer said that the hole was too big that it should have been smaller possible preventing that from happening. I agree with that i never noticed any elevator that had a hole big enough for my hand to fit. I could be wrong though but next time im in an elevator im going to look it at it carefully.

    The mother is at fault. These young parents are completely incompetent in today's world, They blame everyone else for there bad parenting. She stood there letting her kid mess around with all the buttons and so forth. Then she wants to blame the elevator unreal.. Another rich female who thinks everyone owes her and she does nothing wrong, The elevator company should sue her for not watching her kids.
