According to national research and investigation......
No less than 27% of Police Officers; 34% of Sheriff Deputies, and even more concerning, over 68% of Private Security personel are psychologically unfit to wear a Badge much less carry a Firearm. Federal Agents (FBI, ATF, IRS, NSA, CIA), apparently operate as they chose with little or no oversight whatsoever.
THIS NEW INFORMATION is a classic example of why citizens have lost respect for and trust in Law Enforcement organizations in our nation; so much so, that many now consider the United States to be a "Police State" .
      Sad........ 3:04

They’re most definitely not allowed to solicit complaints from members of the public. Not can they ask a business if they would like to trespass a member of the public.
Also, flipping the bird at someone is protected by the First Amendment. The Supreme Court has already established this.

Absolutely right! These corrupt cops are everywhere, abusing their power and causing chaos. It’s infuriating to see them ruining lives and not doing their jobs properly. Do you think there’s any real chance for meaningful reform, or are we just stuck with these dirty cops forever?

Corrupt cops think they can get away with anything. Glad to see the system working for once and holding them accountable.

The arrest and charging of corrupt cops is a significant move toward fixing systemic issues within the police force. Wrongful arrests must be addressed.

It’s reassuring to see corrupt cops facing legal repercussions. Their actions have long-lasting effects on innocent lives, and accountability is essential.

These cops know nothings gonna happen to them. I know an Ellisville, Missouri cop that pulls his kind of bullshit all the time because he knows he’s not gonna get in trouble about it. They said around a laugh about it.

In the Otto clip, is the citizen talked into filing a complaint against Otto libel for violation of Otto's Constitutional 1st Amendment right? And if so, is the officer libel for giving our legal advice?
