    I'm very happy to see that the clarinet 's potential for fast paced jazz is finally being put to good use

      Clarinet playing is not used much in modern jazz unless they want an older sound. You'll have to change that if you want it changed. However, the clarinet had about 70 uninterrupted years as the mainstay for what you described. So I wouldn't say "finally."
