Hey Jess...the transparency of your channel is one of many reasons why I always recommend your channel. It is great to see though that you are the head woman creating and running the business and are able to keep it going through the pandemic. Good for you and love your channel and hope you can keep it going
I absolutely love that you're doing the numbers behind these youtube videos. Having said that, while you want to focus on guide sales, maybe partnering with a uk made car for a road trip video could be quite profitable. And I would love to see a road trip, London edition.
If you have any contacts at a company to do this let us know! It's extremely rare for brands to agree to partnering (and paying us a fair amount) when we do outreach.
I just bought the moving to London virtual event and I would say to all of Jess's subscribers that this was a small way (15 GBP) to support content I truly enjoy. Jess is obviously not asking us to buy her content in this video but as part of the L&L community, I would say that contributing in some way that is affordable to you, like buying a guide or the coloring book or whatever works for your budget, is a fantastic way to show appreciation for all the FREE content she puts out to us all. Thanks for the video Jess! It was very interesting and insightful. I hope you are feeling better and that 2022 is a much better year for us all. 💜
Wow brooke, seriously, thank you so much for such a supportive and kind message. Can't thank you enough really! The support is really really appreciated ♥️
Just came across your video. As a small business owner in 2021 I can relate to those numbers. As an AP Economics teacher this is a great video to use with my students for teaching about costs and revenue. Thanks for sharing your story.
Thanks for this info. I hope 2022 and the first part of 2023 has been good to you. I'm planning to take a trip to London this fall and have been starting to watch your videos.
Thanks for the video, Jess! I’m sure you know it already but I’ll put it out there: the idea of having a business is not getting rich. It’s all about leaving a legacy behind! You are adding value and people love your channel. I hope and pray 2022 be an awesome year for you!
Thanks Jess. This was a truly fascinating insight into the financials of a RUclipsr and I commend you for your openness. I'm Australian and one of our government's early responses to the pandemic was to provide ongoing financial support to businesses whose revenue was materially impacted to ensure their survival. Unfortunately, it sounds like the UK government didn't do likewise. Wishing you all the best for 2022.
They did actually, for freelancers it wasn't great, but was definitely better than nothing. However in 2021 it mostly ended and I didn't include my final support payment in these numbers as well as a few other things. Thanks so much for watching Rod.
I am in the US and had to cancel a trip to London in December due to the amount of PCR testing required and immediate quarantine pending a negative test after arrival. It was just too much for someone who would have been there for only a week and relies on the Tube system. I was devastated and hope to return soon. Thanks for your quality content Jess!
My husband and I had the same issue last September when we stopped in London for a few days, flew on to Portugal, then back to London (just the airport) again before heading home to the US. The amount of time and money we spent on Covid testing before and after traveling from one country to the next was so much that I said I would never do it again, but I'm heading back to London again in April! ha (My daughter is in school there, so I have to go see her.)
Thank you for being so transparent and sharing this! As someone who hopes to build a business through a social media brand, this is really helpful as well! Get well soon!
Fascinating. 2022 should have been better and It looks like 2023 will finally be a good year. Glad you stuck it out. I am not used this level of candor from You Tubers. I think it is refreshing and also smart. I really think it engages your viewers and that has to drive business. We are looking forward to our trip to the UK (from the US) in August and I think we will be spending more time in London than originally planned.
I did go to London (from Canada) in Oct during one of those brief windows of opportunity to travel. Your videos were a great help for the 4 days I was there. You should be on the city's tourism board/payroll as a digital ambassador. Love your work and I'm sure you'll prosper once we get past this pandemic. Thanks, looking forward to more content & wishing you the speediest recovery from Covid.
Thank you so much for this! We need more transparency like this on all social media. Too often channels like this are run by people who are already very wealthy and it’s easy for people to get the wrong idea of how much work goes into this type of job!
Thank you for this video. It was a very interesting break down of the finances of your business. I will try and get my 16 y/o daughter to watch it as she is quite naive concerning how much people make on YT, Insta, etc. I have run my own business (in London) for over 20 years . In that relatively short time we have had to cope with two financial crashes and the pandemic. Like your own enterprise, my finances were hit hard by the lockdown. Next month marks the 2nd anniversary of closing my office, wishing everyone good luck and us all leaving to work from home until further notice. Following a period when we were gaining some serious momentum, everything had ground to a halt. I spent the next 18 months hoping for the best and preparing for the worst. Now we're almost back to some kind of normal and it's such a relief to see the wheels turning once again, and everyone busy and stimulated by work. It feels like a victory. Feels good. You're still here, still working, still plotting - and that, in itself, is a triumph and a testament to your tenacity. To paraphrase Rocky Balboa, 'it ain't about how hard you can hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward'. Personally, I'm optimistic for London. I was recently in New York and it looks like a Joker theme park. The subway ride out to Coney Island was on the same train and tracks as the first time I took that journey back in the mid-80's. Coney Island hadn't changed much either. I digress. Best of luck moving forward.
wow we all can truly see it how hard and expensive this is. All the blessings to you , and i look forward to going to London for my vacation and definitely i will purchase your 3 days guide .
Thank you for your transparency! Your videos have been so helpful in my move to London and after watching this, I just bought your moving guide. Sending you the best of luck for a successful 2022!
It's a lot less income than I would have guessed. It's a good job you don't rely solely on this income. I'm glad you held on because I would miss your videos. I visit London a lot and have searched long and hard for the best London guides. I am now only subscribed to your channel and Joolz Guides.
Yup, unfortunately couldn't only survive on this during COVID (I did before it though) so had to find other ways to make money! Thanks so much for watching Stephen, appreciate your kind words too.
I was lucky enough to be one of those people to have a consultation with you about moving to London. Your advice and professionalism was worth the cost. I can’t thank you enough for all the information. My company has started the Visa process, so I should be heading over soon! Thanks again. :)
Hoping that you are feeling better, Jess, and that you are COMPLETELY recovered from Covid-19 soon. The net income amount is NOT surprising to me. Honestly, I wondered how you support yourself ... now understand you have other revenue sources. Love your content, and hoping you can continue. Wishing you all good things. xo
@@loveandlondon Good to hear. You are welcome for the support. I truly enjoy all the content on your channel. Hoping to put it to use in the future on a trip to England, and will definitely purchase one of your guides at that point.
I don’t usually comment on your videos Jess, but I’ve been watching your channel for a good few months now and I love to see a new video under my subscriptions from your channel. It definitely helps to see what London is like real time and what we can expect more or less when living there. I’m hoping to make the move there early next year and your videos have been entertaining, informative and interesting to watch. I wish you and your channel all the best this year Jess, I’m sure you’ll do much better than the last 2 years 😊. - Blaine.
Transparency appreciated Jess, so glad you're doing better this year and that things are back, hope the coronation made a big difference for your business as well!
Thank you for sharing! 😊. I honestly don’t mind the brand partnering videos. I found your channel when I decided on planning a trip to London. I’ve learned so much already. I hope to travel there in 2023 and I plan on getting your travel guide and book a one on one with you. I’m an obsessive planner. Ha. Hope 2022 brings bigger and brighter things your way because I sure do look forward to more videos!!
It gives a lot of insight into how much work you put into your channel. I honestly thought based on the quality of your work, it must be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. This is because I’ve seen some influencers in other parts of RUclips reporting crazy revenue. I think it’s because they take pretty much any and all brand deals and sponsorships. When your revenue increases, you will truly deserve it. You have better travel content than a lot of the big streaming services.
Great insight - wish me luck - I’m starting on a similar path for this year in Mallorca, even though my channel is small, I have a lovely supportive audience !
Honest, transparent…..and frankly brave ! There is a nerve to spend / commit £30k a year in the hope of not just getting a return, but enough to live in one of the most expensive cities on Earth. Others might commit more but have the fall back of “bricks and mortar”. Having been a Londoner for first 18 years and now an occasional visitor from Manchester, I am only now know what gems I have been missing the last half century !
Yes it is a risk isn't it?! I guess I've just spent so many years building this up that it would be so hard to just stop it. Thanks so much for watching Richard!
Since you asked,it’s way more than I thought. I would have predicted you lost money last year, so pleased that you managed to make it work. It’s been so difficult for the travel “industry “ globally, 🙏 things get better from here.
Thanks for the video. Really enjoyed the content and delivery. My wife and I are looking at a trip to London and will be using your guide. Thanks and hang in there!
Great video breaking it all down. It's fascinating to get details of what goes into high production quality videos, and what it costs to achieve it. I'm sad, but not surprised, that the business had a bad year. What an awful year to be in the travel industry. I hope 2022 is better for all of us. Your channel, and a book series I binged in 2021, have really made me want to visit London specifically, for the first time in many years. Let's hope it’s a great year for that!
totally, most people don't know what goes into making great RUclips content, so I'm glad you found that info interesting Michael! Thank you so much for such a kind and support comment ♥️
Hiya…absolutely love your videos ! We are heading to London this weekend 🇨🇦& will use so many of your recommendations!! Thank you so much for such a variety!! I hope things pick up for you!🥰
Amazing transparency! It’s an eye opener to see what it takes to be a RUclipsr and your understanding of bottom line is truly awesome! Often a business fails because of the owner lack of knowledge in this area! So now I understand you don’t just run around having a good time 😊😂🎉
Thanks for the breakdown. It’s very insightful and I really really hope things improve this year because you put in a lot of work on this channel. Welldone!
Interesting insight into what you do Jess and how you monetise your online presence. I am not surprised your net profits fell significantly over the last few years but I am sure at all levels you are a stronger person for it. Wishing you all the best for 2022 and hope you have now recovered from your bout of covid. Not sure if you were asymptomatic but you look great for it.
Firstly Jess, hope you are feeling more shipshape and Bristol Fashion after COVID, I had it in Nov and felt very lethargic. Great video today, you work so hard for you business and even after an awful couple of years of pandemic, you still seem very positive and cheerful. I’m sorry your revenue was down but please keep at it because Im sure things will start to pick up for you and your colleagues this year(praying for a glorious summer). Thanks for you upbeat attitude.😎
Interesting information. Sorry you were hit with COVID. Good luck keeping your business running through whatever comes next. Hopefully you/we have seen the worst of it. You do produce high quality content. Hang in there!
Thank you for posting this. I began a small travel business in mid 2019. I put my heart and soul into setting up an LLC, creating a website, and social media accounts. Business was just starting to gain clients when the pandemic started. Obviously, no one is traveling so I am making zero dollars. I am having to pay to keep the website running and am having to consider throwing in the towel which makes me want to cry since I worked so hard to get it going. I know it could have been successful, and still could be, but when to draw the line? Anyway, I am hopeful that 2022 will be wonderful for you! Thanks for Sharing!
You helped me when I went to London in September. I can't make money on my videos because I time them with copyrighted music, but they're meant to be silly. Thanks for the enlightenment.
Just discovered your channel…and subscribed 👍🏻. Super interesting content on this video. I hopeful that this will be a big year for you with all of the celebrations and that your business picks up.
Patrons? I’ve learned on other channels they make money this way. I saw they reinvented themselves during that time. But more traveling people. But Kinging it , Kara and Nate plus Endless Adventures and others did great because they switched it up. I like your latest videos. Haven’t watched many yet though. I like your tips and hotel reviews . I’m married to a English man living in the US.
You have the best travel content on youtube, especially pertaining to London. It is well thought out, detail oriented, and easy to consume while also being entertaining. Not joking, my trip in 2019 was such a success because of you. I plan on visiting in 2022 as well. Is there anyway we can support you in the meantime?
That's so kind and supportive of you to say Ariel, I'm so glad you found everything so helpful, that's music to my ears!! Watching sponsored content is a great free way to support, and if you see something from a sponsor you're interested in buying, do use my link. Otherwise, do have a look around my digital shop we have a few things on offer that might be helpful for your next visit! Thank you so much for asking.
Hi Jess. Love your content. As a former Londoner, I’m learning more about the city through your channel than anywhere else. Are you going to do a video of 2022 earnings?
Like your channel. As an entrepreneur you are responsible for monetizing your work! If it is not working, you need to change something or change your job. As a health care worker, worked under brutal conditions and was paid fairly well. If you are not being compensated to your liking, maybe your product needs revision as people do not rate it as being worth the money.😊
Wow Jess, I am not surprised by the huge drop because of covid, especially since your business revolves around tourism. I do see light at the end of the pandemic tunnel though, so hang in there, your videos and products are top notch professional quality! Thanks for having the courage to put this out there when really it's none of our business. My wife & I visited London pre-covid and relied on your advice quite a bit. I wonder when things get back to normal if you would consider walking tours of London .. say meet up in one neighbourhood and explore it. I know there are a few tour groups already doing this so not sure if that is too competitive. We did one in Bath and it was wonderful exploring the area with a guide. I'm also curious how often you update the 3 day itinerary? Keep up the great work, don't give up, this pandemic won't last forever. Oh, and when a new Love & London video shows up ... the cost ... priceless :-)
Hello! Thank you for your kind comment! Yes lots of people have suggested tours but they do take up a ton of time to set up and run so not something I could run at the moment as I am doing too many other things! We do do monthly meetups however! The itinerary updates once a year, we will do an update in March. Thank you so so much for your support!
I love Jess my husband and I are planning our trip to London in October and I listen to her about the different place to stay and travel to while their. I am going to get the travel guide.
@@loveandlondon your more than welcome. We are super excited to come back to London we are planning our trip and trying to get the ostyer card in September or wait til we get there we are using TfL to go everywhere.
Hi Jess, I have an idea for a video for you and I hope that others also are interested in it. What are the best areas to live in London if you want to live quietly? What I mean is, where would you live if you were looking for an area without schools, nightlife, extreme traffic, etc? And ideally where you can somehow afford to rent a fully detached house (tiny house with 2 rooms is enough). Of course this will not be possible in zones 1-2, but maybe if you move a bit further out? It does not have to be very central. It is enough if there is at least one fast TfL connection into zones 1-2. Maybe you have an idea. Currently I live in the middle of Zone 2 and it is pretty noisy (neighbors, kids, traffic, drunk people on the street, etc). Is it possible at all to find something like that in London without having to pay more than 2000pcm?
To be honest Simon, it's a big city, so there's always going to be some noise. If you want LOTS of quiet, best to head to the countryside or the suburbs outside London. Thanks for watching!
@@loveandlondon Hi, thank you. It does not have to be that quiet. I just don't want to hear my neighbors walking around, moving furniture, playing music, etc. So a small detached house would be perfect for me. If there are also not schools in the area, that would be even better (what does a detached house help me if there are kids screaming outside all day). I like to go out in London but since I have a remote job where I need to be totally focused, I have a huge problem when I hear anything from my neighbors. I am very open to any areas as long as there is any connection to the center that doesn't take forever. Where I currently live (Northwest Zone 2) there are lots of detached houses but they look too expensive to rent as a single person. Do you have an idea on how to search for something like that specifically? I am totally open to pay up to 2500pcm for a detached house (again, a tiny house is perfectly fine for me)
Thank you for this very informative video. Let me ask you, when the ads appear during your videos, if we viewers click "skip ad", do you still get paid for it? Obviously, most of us would sit thru a 2 min ad to help you financially. Enjoy your content, as London is my all time favorite travel destination. Here's hoping for a brighter '22.
Hi Jeffrey, thanks for asking. Either way it's a tinyyyyyyyyy amount of money, like less than 1 pence in some instances. So don't worry about it, it's much better to say buy one of my travel guides if you think one would be useful for you. Thanks again!
So much less. I thought that you would be making more. I guess the question I have is why do you continue to do it? I love your videos, and live vicariously through you until I can get back there. They got me through the pandemic. I feel like you could really expand your base. I know everyone is doing it, but what if you did a podcast. Nothing crazy. Maybe once a week. I'm sure you have stories. You could do a few with you and your friends that you did the dating in London. Or other RUclips hosts (whose names I can't remember right now. Irememberthat one had hair...🤔) Just some thoughts. I didn't realize that you did those other things, so you could use it to promote that too. I think that you have talent, and would be great at it in the space. Wow that's a lot. Sorry for the lengthy note.
As mentioned, I've already thought of any ideas you have lol! I did a podcast a few years back. Just like everything else, they take a few years to grow and cover their own costs and then to make a profit.
💚💚💚🇺🇲 love you and your videos! This is interesting and cool! I also thought you made really, really good $ like in the thousands! I Would've to a Dream to Get a Tour of London By You! Ever thought of that? IHope nothing for the best for you!! 💚💚Get well soon! Your videos, on flats is cool, I love watch London flat tours! You'd be really good at real estate I think so! I'm still hoping to go to London one day just waiting and I've been watching your videos for a very very long time so huge fan! I even still rewatch a lot of the videos because They are really good and using your videos to get glimpse of what it's like! And your videos are just really good and informational!
I watched ur channel when I was in London I onow how important channel like this are I also got some great ideas to take to edinburgh but u do a better job I never seen your youtube revenue???
Hey, I love your videos. You have mentioned the sim card option for phones but I am unable to locate that video. Would you be kind enough to send it to me. Thanks in advance. Your videos have helped me prepare for my trip to London next week.
Biggest appeal for me is you're chatty, knowlegable, great personality and good looking, its why I click on your videos. Anything that isn't enhancing any of those attributes isn't essential to the business. But I don't travel much.
I would also like to highlight, just incase it hasn't already been highlighted, for anyone still reading, including you Jess, what about all the countless hours you spend reading and replying to messages, not just here, but all the other outlets. All seemingly monotonous unpaid work, must truly be a labour of love. I don't know how you do it for the money, I certainly couldn't.
@love and london i have a question my field in the US ranges $170k in the UK same titles are 90-95k £ this is making me apprehensive to make the move. I'm in a IT business fields, I live in a midwest city and work remote so its not a cost of living reason here in the US. Trying to see if it a purchasing power thing in the UK will these salary feel close or it it just a pay cut to move to the uk?
Hey Jess...the transparency of your channel is one of many reasons why I always recommend your channel. Great to see the financial side in this level of detail. All the best for 2022

Thank you two years of a pandemic! Thank you, and you too!
I hope things improve for you in 2022! $28K before taxes isn't enough to live on in London.
£28K :) Yes! That's why I've had to diversify my income during covid. Thank you SO much for your support and for taking the time to watch the video.

Thanks for watching Brian!
I enjoy your videos! I hope that you continue making them. Hopefully we will all get back to traveling and your business will improve.
Thank you so much Dianna! Thanks for taking the time to watch
Even if your business is struggling it's far better to be self employed than working for someone else. Well done on doing what you do.
I do agree, I love being the boss! Thanks so much for watching and for your kind comment!
I was lucky enough to be one of those people to have a consultation with you about moving to London. Your advice and professionalism was worth the cost. I can’t thank you enough for all the information. My company has started the Visa process, so I should be heading over soon! Thanks again. :)
Jimi!! Thank you so much for your kind review ♥️ was really happy to help. Great news about the visa, so exciting!!
Hoping that you are feeling better, Jess, and that you are COMPLETELY recovered from Covid-19 soon. The net income amount is NOT surprising to me. Honestly, I wondered how you support yourself ... now understand you have other revenue sources. Love your content, and hoping you can continue. Wishing you all good things. xo
hi Julie! Thank you so much, yes fully recovered now thankfully. Thank you so much for your continued support over the years, it's really appreciated!
@@loveandlondon Good to hear. You are welcome for the support. I truly enjoy all the content on your channel. Hoping to put it to use in the future on a trip to England, and will definitely purchase one of your guides at that point.
Doing something you love is better than working for someone else
I’m impressed with how you have navigated the pandemic! Best wishes for a prosperous 2022. Feel better soon!
Thanks so much Kim! Definitely a lot to navigate but we're starting to make it through. Yes thank you, I'm much better now!
- Blaine.
Aw thank you so much Blaine for a lovely comment! Glad to have you here with us.
Thanks for the honesty in this video. Big kudos to you. You work so hard and your travel content and tips are fantastic. Big thanks again.
Best of luck in 2022!!
Thank you so much, and thanks for watching!
Transparency appreciated Jess, so glad you're doing better this year and that things are back, hope the coronation made a big difference for your business as well!
Thanks so much hun! No the coronation didn't really have my much positive effect.
@@loveandlondon What? That's surprising... well, best wishes in any event!
Thank you for your kind words Kaitlyn, and for taking the time to watch ♥️
It gives a lot of insight into how much work you put into your channel. I honestly thought based on the quality of your work, it must be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. This is because I’ve seen some influencers in other parts of RUclips reporting crazy revenue. I think it’s because they take pretty much any and all brand deals and sponsorships. When your revenue increases, you will truly deserve it. You have better travel content than a lot of the big streaming services.
Thank you!
you are breath of fresh air with your honesty
Thanks!
Very informative Jess. Thanks. All the best for 2022.
Glad to hear it Michael, appreciate you took the time to watch and comment!
Great Video Jess you have given me alot of inspiration to visit London more keep up the good work
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks so much for taking the time to watch!
Great insight - wish me luck - I’m starting on a similar path for this year in Mallorca, even though my channel is small, I have a lovely supportive audience !
That's really great to hear. Sending good luck vibes to you! Thanks for watching.
First time seeing such transparency from being a content creator! Great info! Hope you are doing great this year and after!
Thanks! Yes thankfully this year is looking up significantly :)
Certainly an insight! I get the pleasure of watching your videos while you do the hard work! Thank you for good content Jess!
Hahah I've never thought of it that way lol! Guess it's my job though ;) Thanks for watching Jim!
Since you asked,it’s way more than I thought. I would have predicted you lost money last year, so pleased that you managed to make it work. It’s been so difficult for the travel “industry “ globally, 🙏 things get better from here.
Thank you Mark!
Thanks for the video. Really enjoyed the content and delivery. My wife and I are looking at a trip to London and will be using your guide. Thanks and hang in there!
Thanks so much Rick , I appreciate you taking the time to watch the video!
I hope things pick up for you!🥰
You're so welcome Carol. Thanks for the really kind words and have a great time! And yes it has picked up significantly!
Amazing transparency! It’s an eye opener to see what it takes to be a RUclipsr and your understanding of bottom line is truly awesome! Often a business fails because of the owner lack of knowledge in this area! So now I understand you don’t just run around having a good time 😊😂🎉
haha it's definitely a lot more than that ;) thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you for sharing. Wishing you to make much much more in 2022! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 This channel is top quality
me too! tHanks so much for your kind comment Maija!
Last year was definitely not an easy time for small business owners, especially in travel industry. Wishing us all a more prosperous year.
Absolutely, to you too Ella. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the breakdown. It’s very insightful and I really really hope things improve this year because you put in a lot of work on this channel. Welldone!
Thanks for watching Hannah, and for the kind comment! Happy to have you here
Interesting insight into what you do Jess and how you monetise your online presence. I am not surprised your net profits fell significantly over the last few years but I am sure at all levels you are a stronger person for it. Wishing you all the best for 2022 and hope you have now recovered from your bout of covid. Not sure if you were asymptomatic but you look great for it.
Thank you so much!
Sorry to hear you had it too Dean! I'm thankfully feeling a lot better. Thank you so much for your kind and supportive comment, I appreciate it!
Best in '22! You're doing a great job and a great service. Keep up the good work! (and Thanks!)
Thanks so much!
You do have first-class production values.
Thanks! I have a great team helping me.
Interesting information. Sorry you were hit with COVID. Good luck keeping your business running through whatever comes next. Hopefully you/we have seen the worst of it. You do produce high quality content. Hang in there!
Thanks so much Warren, what a kind and supportive comment, thank you!
I am hopeful for you too Ashley and sending you good vibes and lucky, I totally get it!! Thanks so much much for watching ♥️
You helped me when I went to London in September. I can't make money on my videos because I time them with copyrighted music, but they're meant to be silly. Thanks for the enlightenment.
Hope you had a great time in Sept Chris! Thanks so much for watching
Just discovered your channel…and subscribed 👍🏻. Super interesting content on this video. I hopeful that this will be a big year for you with all of the celebrations and that your business picks up.
Thanks so much Michelle, happy to have you here!
Yeah I tried it but wasn't worth it for us. I'd rather people just buy items from us that they feel are helpful and worth the cash :)
Great video with great information. You have balls of steel. 😂 Keep up the good work!
About the brand work: I really liked the videos you did with the Google phone. They were fun.
Thanks Monica, that really means a lot to hear that!!
Hi Jess. Love your content. As a former Londoner, I’m learning more about the city through your channel than anywhere else. Are you going to do a video of 2022 earnings?
Thanks Damian! Haven't decided yet, but if you're subscribed and have notifications turned on you'll see if I do do one :)
Appreciate your work, hang tough Jess!
Thank you so much Glenn, and thanks for taking the time to watch!
Thank you so much for your kind words and support Frank, it's very much appreciated! ♥️
@@loveandlondon your more than welcome. We are super excited to come back to London we are planning our trip and trying to get the ostyer card in September or wait til we get there we are using TfL to go everywhere.
Hope 2022 is better for you!
Love the videos. Wish you all the best in 2022
And to you! Thank you!
Kudos for you for being so open! Refreshing.
Glad you found it interesting/helpful Galva, thanks for taking the time to watch!
Charming presentation - nicely done
Thanks for sharing. Hopefully things have gotten better with the reduction in Covid concerns.
Business has been absolutely booming!
Hi Jess,
I have an idea for a video for you and I hope that others also are interested in it.
I am totally open to pay up to 2500pcm for a detached house (again, a tiny house is perfectly fine for me)
I think you should write a book about London.
I have just launched new London travel guides, check them out: loveandlondon.myshopify.com/collections/casual-tourist-guides-to-london
Hope you’re doing well Jess and this is yet another lovely vlog. Regards Gwenn Gomes.
Thank you Gwenn, I appreciate your support!
Nice honest video.
Keep the good work up 👍👍👍🥳
Thanks Lawrence, I appreciate your kind comment!
Commend you for your transparency. Unique.
Thanks Oscar!
Thank you, this was very informative
Glad you thought so, thanks for watching!
Jess, do you receive any more money from YT if we watch the whole ad?
Yes but it's still just a pence or two if you can believe it! Thanks so much for asking Kate, appreciate you taking the time to watch!
Bless you Liz, what a kind and positive comment. Truly appreciate your love and support!! ♥️
I watched ur channel when I was in London I onow how important channel like this are I also got some great ideas to take to edinburgh but u do a better job I never seen your youtube revenue???
You're doing God's work here. LOL. Thank for the information. I just discovered your site this week. And I subscribed!
Thanks so much!
Hey, I love your videos. You have mentioned the sim card option for phones but I am unable to locate that video. Would you be kind enough to send it to me. Thanks in advance. Your videos have helped me prepare for my trip to London next week.
Have a read of this! :) loveandlondon.com/how-to-use-your-us-phone-in-london/
@loveandlondon thanks Jess. Very helpful as always
Hello Jess, I have a question about your channel 😄😃
I love to visit London
Great!
Hi have you ever visited Canary Wharf? Do you recommend it?
Not really, no! It's where tons of banks have their offices.
how did you find your producer? I have a podcast in DC and I produce content around the city. That info would be so helpful.
LinkedIn job posting 👍
Wow very little after costs. Now I have to see the same video for 2022. Hopefully income after expenses for 2022 over 44K GBP
We're now covering this type of content on Jess's Instagram account: instagram.com/jessdante
Interested in 3-Day London Itinerary. How can I get a copy. Thanks
Here you go! loveandlondon.com/3-day-london-itinerary
You should offer personal tour guides 👍
Thank you! Too busy running this content business already I'm afraid 😎
Dope video 👍
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching Jorge!
@love and london i have a question my field in the US ranges $170k in the UK same titles are 90-95k £ this is making me apprehensive to make the move. I'm in a IT business fields, I live in a midwest city and work remote so its not a cost of living reason here in the US. Trying to see if it a purchasing power thing in the UK will these salary feel close or it it just a pay cut to move to the uk?
you'll pay much more for things in London than in a midwest city
