The shift from Bioshock 1 and 2 to Infinite is still jarring to me to this day. They went from a spooky gory survival horror-ish feel to something more or less upbeat. And yet, they all feel like they're apart of the same series. It's certainly something to admire and behold.

Cipher Reese i recently started to play bioshock again because i saw it was free on playstation plus it brought back so many nostalgia it used to be on ipad and idk android but now its removed and i havent played ever since but now im glad i can play it again. I finished All 3 games in about 2 weeks and it now feels weird lol, i hope the new bioshock game comes out in 2021-2023

However for me it seems like there have been way too many "remasters" and "collections" being released on current generation systems. I rather see new IPs and maybe games that truly need a remaster like PS1/PS2 games. These rereleases seem pointless.
As a huge Bioshock fan i kinda agree , especially if you have played all of them on PC already because then you already have the "remastered" since its pretty much just 1080p 60fps for console
+m0mo If people own a decent PC they could get a better experience just buying the PC version of the game rather than buying a $40-$60 remaster. I actually bought Metal Gear Rising on Steam for $7.45 even though I already own it on PS3. Although the PS3 version runs at 720p and can't even maintain 30fps. Now I can actually run it at 1080p and 60fps. I wouldn't be surprised if Konami released a remastered version of their games or a collection on PS4.
pointless for YOU. but you just said if people haven't played it, they should. this isn't made for you, it's made for them, and for people that want to revisit these amazing games. not everything that comes out needs to cater to your tastes.

Also I would argue that a lot of people have already played the Bioshock series due to its popularity and I think the game is too recent for a remaster. If you and others want to get the collection even if you played the games before or not that's fine. I personally don't see the point in remastering such a recent series. I prefer remasters like the new System Shock (coincidentally by the same people who made Bioshock.) System Shock is fairly old and it hasn't aged well. So the remaster feels justified in my opinion. Plus these remasters also just seem like greedy cash grabs to me, but who knows like I said this is all just my opinion.
Fix this game for PS4! 2K needs to release a patch to fix frame rate stutters and noticeable visual inconsistencies. Seriously, the PS4 version got screwed in comparison to the PC and even the Xbox One version in terms of quality.
