In relation to his previous works, the artist talks about the strategies of neo-avant-garde art, the impact of capitalism on the individual, the society of spectacle and surveillance, the looming ecological catastrophe, and much more. At the event, he presents the concept of his new project in Malta and invites the audience to participate.
Roland Farkas, a resident artist at Spazju Kreattiv, gives an insight into his work, from multimedia installations through interventions to interactive happenings. His site-specific work, often with audience involvement, has taken place during his travels in Argentina, South Korea, Finland, and elsewhere.
