All food processors render such problem while dough kneading. No matter what brand. So use less quantity at a time. That's the only solution. Custom Care, company does nothing.
Not good to take 4 cups flour. All companies recommend 2 cups at a time, so that it doesn't overload the motor. I used more, and my dough kneading blade broke. Now the whole food processor is useless(as I have to buy a new one for dough kneading) 😕😢
Dear Palit pl use clear line dough maker from Amazon . You will wonder how excellent is it. Real professional dough can be made even for bread making to develop high lutin .

Well I have never faced this problem. But you can call the customer support for assistance

i have been using this for now 5 years, did not face any issue. although now i have reduced to 2-3 cups only.
