I think you should use the lego light on your badge reel! Putting heavier items can ruin the pulley string over time with the weight. I also work in healthcare, and almost ALL of the scrubs I own come with built-in key-ring hooks nesr the pants’ pockets, i think that would be a great place to snap your calculated onto so you have it with you at work! :)
I’m not allowed to have a badge reel, or any long keychains in psych so I’m living vicariously through these😍 the little light is so cute! I have the Darth Vader one somewhere
Keep the Lego chick. Clip the calculator on a separate bungee and put that one on your hip. You can pull it out when needed, but then it also will be out of the way and not weighing your shirt down.
I think you should have it on hand. You will never know when a calculator will be handy and helpful. Yes, you may have memorized everything. u will walk all over the hospital what will and have all kinds of patients with different dose. ❤
Calculated is more useful but the flashlight is cuter for like night shift or something maybe switch them out from time to time ? Or get like a premade calculations card of your most common dosages 🤷🏻♀️ hope that makes sense
@@HelennaRose I was just in the hospital recovering from surgery and the nurses and all staff are required to use their phones constantly using the hospital app for messaging. It’s required now.
I had an incident happen where in a foreign clinic they were trying to explain to me my medicine. One nurse pulled up her phone to type the numbers while pointing at the pills and it was a great help. So if you don't have your phone at hand, something like the calculator may be helpful in more ways than you may have thought of.
Thank you Lorn! In the Philippines it’s more a more common pronunciation and it’s so interesting to see how names are pronounced in different countries
Just remember to keep you badge accessible to pull off when needing to use it to swipe, scan, or pay. I swear when a nurse hands me her whole toy box to swipe her badge I want to scream. The things get in way and it takes four times longer than it needs to.
I limit the amount of things I have on my badge due to confused patients pulling it when they are getting aggressive but it’s good you work with kids 😂
Lego one. I think the calculator will make it too heavy
Yeah the calculator might make the hook break open

There’s usually one by the pockets.
Unless you’re too tired when you get home and forget to unsnap the calculator :( the washer claims another victim
@@liskalangdon6576 fair point 😅 I always find unused gloves in my clean laundry from shoving them into my pockets for use later
Everything ❤❤❤
Can you talk about the steps you took to become a pediatric nurse? How long did it take you? You’re amazing!
I’ve never heard this spelling pronounced in this way before. Super unique! Now I know why people pronounce my name in so many different ways 😂
I’m not allowed to have a badge reel, or any long keychains in psych so I’m living vicariously through these😍 the little light is so cute! I have the Darth Vader one somewhere
All of them is so cute
All together it's super cute
Lego!! I got a mini calculator but no longer use, it’s quite frustrating to use because the buttons are so small lol
Keep the Lego chick. Clip the calculator on a separate bungee and put that one on your hip. You can pull it out when needed, but then it also will be out of the way and not weighing your shirt down.
This is probably the best idea!!
Idk why but "Lego chick" sounds funny and sweet
Omg cutest thing ever! Its the little things in life 💗🙏🏻
i would just keep either in your pocket. when you take out the light kids are gonna be so surprised! but the calculator may also make it too heavy
I think you should have it on hand. You will never know when a calculator will be handy and helpful. Yes, you may have memorized everything. u will walk all over the hospital what will and have all kinds of patients with different dose. ❤
i think the lego girl is cuter than the calculator :)

I want the LEGO light 🔦 and the dosage card 🙌🏽
Ooh that's interesting, I've only ever heard that name pronounced Kee-ra
I prefer the lego nurse flashlight for looks but for functionality, i would go for mini calculator
Flashlight only. It’s a bit much with the calculator and there is a calculator on your phone.
Phones are also unsanitary and probably can’t be used in certain situations.

@@beckf78not at all hospitals
@beckf1978 it was most likely a hospital issued device and not their personal devices. The hospital devices get sanitized after every patient
@@acorn297 incorrect. They were personal devices.
whenever i see nice nurses on here i wonder how I ended up with the really awful ones ive had 😭
Where did you get the Lego nurse flashlight!? My friend would love that and didn’t see it on Etsy!
I think both but if you have to pick one the light becase kids like it
The Lego one it’s the best one
u are so beautiful ❤
The lego nurse light! Theres a calculator on the computer anyway!😅
As someone who wears a very chunky id i say add the calculator and the Lego light!!
Who else thinks she kinda looks like Kat Clark
You can interchange most Lego characters arms/hands

Where I work we just have a name tag and that’s it.
Lego! I got me and my bestie one each for our badges
You should do both
I think calculator might be too heavy. That Lego looks good
so cool that your name is spelled ciara but pronounced “shar-a”
I know, I've never heard of this pronunciation before
the lego, and the vital sign card. the calculator is a lot. do scrubs have belt loops you can put it on?
You are so beautiful 😍 🤩 👌
Awe cute ❤️
I think the calculator it would be easy access and help u quickly
Would stay with the lego theme
Both!
Keep the calculator in your pocket ❤ but keep the lego light on the badge 😊
I never thought your name would be pronounced like that. I just thought it was said like Irish Ciara, Ciaran with no n. Love it though!
Thank you Lorn! In the Philippines it’s more a more common pronunciation and it’s so interesting to see how names are pronounced in different countries
I ❤ it
Calculator and maybe find a small fun little light!
What kind of Lego platform did you use for the white part?
Calculator suits easier.
The lego ❤😊
what courses did you do in uni to become a paediatric nurse?
I’ve always wondered what is the blue tape covering?
Her work name probably
@@emilyh2556 work name?
U can order replacement Lego peices from the Lego store online
Luv in the Lego light❣️🫶🏼

From a physical security perspective it can be dangerous to post your badge online
I think both
Put both of them on the badge
BUT HOW DID YOU MAKE THE NAME BADGE
Pro que no los dos?
Legoooooooooooo!
Isnt it heavy and gets in the way?
Just remember to keep you badge accessible to pull off when needing to use it to swipe, scan, or pay. I swear when a nurse hands me her whole toy box to swipe her badge I want to scream. The things get in way and it takes four times longer than it needs to.
Lego no caculator
What does, "It's giving hospital" even mean?
Her names pronounced chara???
Isn’t her name C - are - uh
Or C-air-uh
wtf chara??
Surprised I get CHara a lot even after I say how to pronounce my name
@@CiaraMelle how do you pronounce your name?
The Lego
Legoooo
The calculator
Lego one
Why not both
Omg ik this is late but I’ve never met anyone named Ciara before more importantly a nurse and its spelled the same omg
Lego light
I would be very cautious of showing your badge and information.
Please take this down/edit!!! It is so not a good idea to show your work badge to the whole internet like this!
U need both adorable
I will not if it’s not officially you need to see the ID so I know you wanna be on there that’s not professional or safe
Why do you cover your Id aren't you suppose to keep it visible
I don't know what you should use
2
This is allowed in the USA? Those are just things that will collect harmful bacteria and you cannot clean it properly
I limit the amount of things I have on my badge due to confused patients pulling it when they are getting aggressive but it’s good you work with kids 😂
At this point just carry a purse😂😂
LEGO
Lego the calculator is too big and doesn't match.
Lego
No calculator it’s too much
Why not both
