To think so many people are missing what is really the best act... Personally, I try to always get to shows early so I can see the early acts. It has payed off. Jinjer, Sumo Cyco, Epica, all as 'early' acts. I wonder if any of these fans will regret missing Floor later...
There's footage of James Hetfield coming from behind the podium after Floor's last notes at a concert, to tell her ''This was awesome'' and kissed her on the cheek I think they met a couple of times already..

I was there. I believe five finger death punch waas supposed to be the intro band to metallica but they had to cancel last minute because of illness. Floor was able to fall in on short notice, she's a real one for that.

To short of a set of course but a good selection of songs from her catalog. Always a treat to see "uncle" Henk. Would have been awesome if she could have gotten Jorn to play guitar, especially since she did one of the Northward songs and they've never played them live together that I have seen. The MF band is great as always. Is that Merel on the yellow guitar in the middle? Hair looks right but I never got a very good look at her face. Also really looking forward to Anneke going on tour with Floor soon. Hope we get some high quality recordings of that for us stuck halfway around the world.

Second: Many bands only got the chance to play outside of their region, when they're able to get a place as support on the tour of a bigger band. It doesn't mean, that they'd be less good. In fact, I got often the prove of the contrary. And out of this we come to the third point: Sometimes I might find a new favourite band.

I found this opinion really limited and stupid, and lot of old metalheads share same opinions, unfortunately.

They were nice enough with their reception,they applauded and enjoyed most of her set which is a bonus for a support act…especially as she was singing what were essentially pop songs to a metal audience waiting for the main event….I’m sure they’d have been a bit more enthusiastic if she’d thrown some Revamp into her set,I think Disdain would’ve got their attention 😊🤟
I was a bit disappointed that floor Jansen came to perform as support act to a metal show, I’m personally not that in to pop music so it was kind of boring. She’s a real good singer though and the phantom of the opera was epic but I rather had ffdp

Metallica are LEGENDARY and have earned their status. You Don't dismiss older groups. No one stays young forever. No one. It's a genuine compliment that Metallica invited FLOOR. It shows that Major ROCK Influencers are recognizing FLOOR'S talent.
I've been huge Nightwish fan since 1998 and a Floor fan since her After Forever days. However, when it comes to "metal history" Metallica is much "greater" than Nightwish and Floor and im not a Metallica hardcore fan at all. But when it comes to vocal skills, Floor puts James to shame. That's a fact.
i think you got an strange Perspective of the Levels, how beloved this two different Artist/Groups are. I for myself like both, so, for me, she can do every Metallica Concert, i would enjoy that as an whole :)
