One Belmont is the best looking building completed in Jamaica so far. Modern and innovative at the same time.

It's incredible the transformation of Kingston and Jamaica infrastructure remember when they broke ground for Constant Spring road and it's been full speed ahead since. Everywhere you look is another building or road development can't believe they have managed to pull so much off. Projects I have been hearing about for 25 years finally a reality from Mo Bay bypass to Port Royal cruise port these things felt like fiction for so many years.

More than likely a BPO, Jamaicans not creating no business to occupy any large and modern real estate. This building will probably become an apartment or hotel after it's failed in the commercial office retail space.
