This house is in a great neighborhood with lots of potential. Definitely not my dream home, a little tight, but it could be cute. It’s livable, things are all cosmetic. You’ve done an amazing job on the house - it all looks so beautiful. And yes to buying yourself flowers. I also enjoy just taking myself to a cafe and maybe having Saturday breakfast or something. It’s nice to “treat yourself”. I love every bit of the house
That little wall between the breakfast nook and dining room makes both areas constrained imo. I would remove it and have 1 gorgeous eating area then an area for more but comfortable seating at the front of the room. Adding a grouping of floor plants will add life. Thinking you could center a large dining table right under the fixture with the wooden beads, hopefully it wouldn't have to be moved. I have those countertops. You are going to love using them, they wash up like a dream. So proud of you for everything you have accomplished! Your home is so beautiful, very excited for you!

I love it 🌻🌼 well deserved! 9:32 this whole time I thought this was the living room area & the other side of the kitchen the dinning area 🤯 Edit: you can paint the hinges without removing the whole door. Just do them one at time. Takes longer but alot easier than removing the door which usually takes 2 people.

Congrats! Your channel was just recommended to me. I bought my first home almost 2 years ago. One of the reasons why l bought my house the renovated kitchen, all new doors, and flooring. I did switch out all of the light fixtures and bathroom fixtures. I painted my vanities and upgraded the window blinds and yes they're pricey. I bought most of my fixtures from Amazon and lowes. I have a few of the same light fixtures you have. Beautiful choices in your home. Yes l think you should switch out the beaded fixture for the farmhouse one.
I would make that front room a library style room, add a book case, desk and fireplace something that flows with the elegance of the staircase. So that it wows you when you walk in.

I’m beginning to follow LOA and visualization is a large part of that and after that initial video felt like “...hey, she seems cool let me check out some of her more recent content...” and wouldn’t you know you are a homeowner now. If I can suggest, you can get the paper accordion blinds at Home Depot. Very affordable and temporary fix. I think it will work. I love the door lock and thermostats! I’ve been in my apartment for 18 years with 5 kids. Just got remarried and turned 50! I pray I will experience home ownership one day! ❤️
My master bath has 2 huge windows as well and I bought frost spray paint for glass. It allows the light while still being completely private. Just a suggestion. You did good girl!! 👏👏👏👏

I want to make my kitchen brighter too and paint the cabinets white too, but I was afraid it would be too much with the already white countertops. Seeing your kitchen definitely makes me change my mind, it makes a big difference!
You know what? I love the floors!! It looks aged!! Once your furniture and everything goes in it will look 👌🏾 . Also, a window bench would be nice in your breakfast nook with that round table. I don’t know you, but I’m proud of you!! Oh, & the air conditioning units. You can get those governed. Have a nice fence like unit built to cover and protect it.

Congratulations! You can always make the formal dining room...sitting area / casual dining space. Spaces like this is always good when people don't have a need for formal dining. you have the option in the sitting area...two chairs with side table or settee sofa with an ottoman. Guests love to have options where they can gravitate to when the main rooms are full of talking/noise and they can have a intimate conversation. A nice round table in the rectangular room would break up the space nicely.

Oh and I completely feel your choice of putting that Hemnes shoe dresser next to the front door - that will be perfect! I am making some small changes in my apt & one of the things I want to do is get that same piece in my front hallway & maybe put a larger wood piece over the top of it to create a larger surface as I have seen others do as a hack and it looks great - You said you had some ideas & for some reason I can see you doing that same thing!! Either way - Again, I think that is a perfect spot for that piece!

Congrats! Your channel was just recommended to me. I bought my first home almost 2 years ago. One of the reasons why l bought my house the renovated kitchen, all new doors, and flooring. I did switch out all of the light fixtures and bathroom fixtures. I painted my vanities and upgraded the window blinds and yes they're pricey. I bought most of my fixtures from Amazon and lowes. I have a few of the same light fixtures you have. Beautiful choices in your home. Yes l think you should switch out the beaded fixture for the farmhouse one.

I happened to come across one of your old videos where you had won $$ from a scratch off and in that video you spoke on visualization as well as a few other things like saving and wanting to become a homeowner - that video was 2 years ago. I’m beginning to follow LOA and visualization is a large part of that and after that initial video felt like “...hey, she seems cool let me check out some of her more recent content...” and wouldn’t you know you are a homeowner now. My master bath has 2 huge windows as well and I bought frost spray paint for glass. It allows the light while still being completely private. Just a suggestion. You did good girl!! 👏👏👏👏

Congratulations! You can always make the formal dining room...sitting area / casual dining space. Spaces like this is always good when people don't have a need for formal dining. you have the option in the sitting area...two chairs with side table or settee sofa with an ottoman. Guests love to have options where they can gravitate to when the main rooms are full of talking/noise and they can have a intimate conversation. A nice round table in the rectangular room would break up the space nicely.

Oh and I completely feel your choice of putting that Hemnes shoe dresser next to the front door - that will be perfect! I am making some small changes in my apt & one of the things I want to do is get that same piece in my front hallway & maybe put a larger wood piece over the top of it to create a larger surface as I have seen others do as a hack and it looks great - You said you had some ideas & for some reason I can see you doing that same thing!! Either way - Again, I think that is a perfect spot for that piece!
