Sir I just got to looking at this video of the three new homes that you showing and I tell you you outdid yourself this time those three was the best I didn’t. I like all three of them that last house that you showed the corner lot with the blue kitchen beautiful I am so tired of looking at white kitchens. It’s like everywhere somebody got to have white kitchen. Somebody finally went outside the line and box and made a perfect kitchen. That’s beautiful keep up the good job you’re doing a wonderful job, showing us homes all over the Atlanta area, keep up the good work and then once you reach 50,000 people is there a marriage in line or for the future are we hearing wedding bells😂😂

Renovation to budget/quality is an art. These 3 homes demonstrate that it’s more than just paint, LVP, and a remodeled kitchen. All of these homes having glaring reminders that while remodeled, much DETAIL still needs to be done. The details count if you want top dollar. House 3 makes me shudder with those oak trees….recluse spider time!
For the 3rd property, first thing I noticed as soon as you walked into the property was the vibrant blue in the kitchen. I think it looks out of place, in my opinion. Great video as always, Caleb. Feels good to relax and watch your show and see you and Mabel on Mondays!

All the rooms are spacious and warm and inviting!! The location is awesome!! And NO HOA!! PERFECT!! Thank You for sharing this with us!!❤😊!!

Like the sink but shower tiles can update. Good size primary. En-suite small but appreciated. Nice dining area. Clean kitchen. Don’t mind the cutout. W/D in garage rear. Huge backyard. 2nd home. Basic elevation. Sidewalk and driveway needs to be redone. That driveway is renovated or you mean inside? Unique view on entry. Like the floors/fireplace/and small kitchen. Dining area. At least an open concept. W/D. Window. Bathroom nice. Primary and en-suite ok. Covered enclosed lanai. Big pool indeed. Looks kinda close to the house. Thought had to be 5 or 10 feet away. It’s so close to the lanai 🤷🏻♀️. 3rd home like the stone. Sidewalk/driveway needs to be paved. Nice floors. Blue kitchen too sharp. Will change that. But as you got closer it looked better. Big dining and living space. Primary ok. Agreed. Nice en-suite shower. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Hall bath ok. Bedrooms neat. Covered enclosed huge lanai. Big backyard. Shed. Needs refencing and great space for a pool. I actually like this home. Lawd don’t show me donuts 🍩 😂. Hi Mabel. Ice cream 🍦 too, ☕️ 🧇 and wraps 🫔🥙. The 🍩 are huge. I think Yetta Cox strategy is the best at the moment, I recommend it for beginners because it is perfect for now and it is known.

All the gray in the second house would drive me crazy. The only thing I liked about these houses was the no HOA.

I liked house #1, the roof didn't look new to me. House #2 did not like the fireplace, flooring and counterop. The third kitchen, ugh, a big NO!
